I normally just go into the supermarket but today decided for the first time to have breakfast. It was disappointing. Mainly onions and tomatoes base. Don’t ask for the gluten free option. GF bread from a supermarket is yuk. Chai with almond milk was also disappointing. The almond milk was not frothy at all. Oasis when it first opened looked classy but it is now looking well used and time for a refresh. My hunch was right. It is a big pass from me.

Today, this is our second great meal in two weeks, with different friends. Calamari superb, souklavi also. Risotto last time was great. Today my scrambled eggs good, except for awful gluten-free white bread, which put a real dampener on the dish - please get a different one e.g. GF Precinct or Culina.

We have eaten at Flour + Salt probably twice a year for four years, and have had take away many times. It is the consistency in the quality of the meals and the wonderful staff that keep us coming back. We had dinner there recently and once again, it delivered. My husband is a coeliac so we ordered the gluten free Garlic Pizza and Penne Ragu, with broccolini and fries on the side. The pizza is so good, we always have that "are you sure this is gluten free?" moment. The ragu was the perfect amount of sauce to pasta, and the meat was so tender. Again, the gluten free pasta was delicious. The house made chilli oil and parmesan that they place on each table is such a nice touch and tastes great. To top it off, the staff are always incredibly friendly and efficient - the waitress recognised us from our visit mid last year and welcomed us back! The atmosphere can be a little bit loud, from the music to the chatty patrons, but certainly not overwhelming enough to ruin the experience. Just be mindful if you are hard of hearing that it may be tricky to converse. Overall a great restaurant that we will continue to visit.

Really lovely experience every time. Delicious food with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options. Extensive drinks list, awesome colourful wall murals, flawless service and climate control was on point on a freezing cold night. Will be back (and have been many times)! Food is still very tasty and good portion sizes when you purchase takeaway also!

We loved this Thai restaurant. Hidden at top end of station street in Alphington before the train station this local gem deserves your attention. The curries we had were incredible. The chef Ohm is passionate about creating hearty tasty and delicious food and staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed an amazing red duck curry and lamb Massaman curry. Both were gluten free. The coconut rice was sensational ! The roti bread was also great . Bookings are essential

Omg so good. Food was super tasty and exquisitely presented. The breakfast we enjoyed was next level tasty. I loved the gluten free smashed avo egg and mushrooms and my hubby had the house special which he said was awesome. This cafe will now be our new local. We highly recommend it.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Amazing service every time I visit. Heaps of Gluten Free options including fries. The staff are always very careful with celiac and allergies and are well trained with cross contamination practices.
