We went here after reading google reviews. We were travelling through on our way to Banff. The food was amazing. Big portions. Friendly staff. Good gluten free options. We stopped here again on our return trip.

Gluten Free option for the WIN! It is always nice to eat yummy gluten free and BOLD has the option for pizza and pasta! I got the buffalo chicken pasta with GF noodles and the clever server hooked me with "bake with cheese?" Ummmm...yes please!

Called ahead as allergies and vegetarian in party. The man who answered was fantastic. The service was great and waitress was fantastic dealing with allergies! I would recommend! They also have dedicated fryer for gluten free

Such a cute bistro! The food was phenomenal, the staff were so kind, and the atmosphere was very cozy. They had gluten free bread and tons of options for milk alternatives. We got breakfast here and really enjoyed it - the pancakes were particularly fantastic (served with mascarpone & fresh fruit), and the bacon and caramelized onion eggs benedict was so tasty. The food was so good that we ordered a few more drinks to take with us on the road! Definitely try their London fog & house-made iced tea. ☕

I recently discovered this restaurant after being in Kamloops for over a year. It has such a great ambience and the meals are spectacular. There menu caters to everyone, Gluten free, vegan, pescatarian, meat lovers. we had a total of 4 meals and it they were all good. I would say the non-alcoholic drink wasn't impressive, hence the 4 star, felt like sparking water with syrup but if you do drink alcohol they carry a lot of options. I hope the management is able to include mocktails in their menu. The staff was excellent, very well mannered. Would definitely be going back, and if you reading this, GO to this restaurant!! I took more videos than pictures so I cannot upload them here
