I recently discovered that I am celiac, and my boyfriend, to celebrate his 30th birthday, found this restaurant through social media and decided to book here. The staff was really kind and super helpful: I called the day before to ask if it was possible to have a small cake, and despite the very short notice they took care of everything, including the candles! They fully respected my wish to make a small final surprise, and I am very grateful to them (thanks to Stefano who I spoke to on the phone and to Romano who managed everything at dinner). As for the food, I was sincerely impressed: the flavors took me back to what I ate before the diagnosis, and even the bread had the taste I remembered. It is rare to find such a welcoming and attentive place. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for gluten-free options without sacrificing taste!

Considering the area it might seem like a hyper touristic place and instead it is not at all! We spent a very pleasant evening with good quality Roman food, gluten-free options and attention to every detail from the staff who were always very kind, attentive, helpful and friendly, even though we arrived late they took care of making our three children have dinner right away while waiting for our order to arrive. This place contains many qualities that are not a given in a super central area.

We were lucky to find this place. as we ended up here when our planned restaurant wasn't open, we wandered in off the street and had a really lovely meal. The menu was a little different, not the traditional Italian staples and the wine was excellent. They catered for my gluten intolerance without any issues and overall this was one of the two best meals we had in Rome during our 3 weeks there. It was also excellent value for money and we'll definitely come here again when back in Rome.
