I ate a vegan burger and was one of the best I’ve ever had. Their gluten free is unbelievable good.
The lady serving us was very nice and chill with my tons of questions (I have many food restrictions) I’d definitely go back.
Today, I got to be a tester of the cafe's new gluten free pancakes. 100% approval from a near decade veteran of the gluten free lifestyle. Love the fresh fruit on top, cute presentation and the top notch customer care from Jordan and staff.
For about $25 USD, I got a piece of flourless chocolate ganach cake, a raspberry macaroon "cake," box of 3 regular sized macaroons, strawberry pistachio tart, and a strawberry cream tart. We shared everything for dessert between 6-8 people. Everything was delicious, and there was not a crumb left. The service has been amazing and friendly every time I've gone. They also have cookies and gluten-free options. Next time, I'll remember to take pictures before everything gets devoured.
Beautiful setting, but disappointing overall experience.
We were initially very excited about this restaurant. The design is stunning—thoughtfully curated with an eye for detail, blending natural elements, lush plantings, and a harmonious mix of modern, rustic, and ethnic aesthetics. Visually, it’s a truly special place.
Unfortunately, the experience fell short from there. The food was just okay. Cocktails were inconsistent, with some hits and others clearly misses. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the service. Our server didn’t seem to understand dietary restrictions (particularly gluten-free) and was curt and unwelcoming.
Even more uncomfortable was the constant hovering from the lead waiter, who repeatedly reached across us to adjust the table or remove unused items, disrupting the flow of the meal. At one point, I was abruptly instructed on how to eat my dish, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. There was little sense of privacy or intimacy throughout the evening.
This place may be better suited for a larger group looking for a lively evening rather than a personal or romantic dining experience.
What I love about this place is that since they opened, a few years ago, they have gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. They think of everyone! And not to mention the decoration, they take the time to decorate each season. The service has always been good! I'm a fan of chipotle and mushroom chilaquiles and the vegan hazelnut chocolate is delicious.
I ate here when it was the tlayuda house but now it is Piedra Santa and it is much better. We made a reservation and Wow. The tlayudas are perfect. I don't eat meat or gluten and there are many options for me. The waiter was perfect. Food. The experience. All. :) thank you so much.
We booked a month in advance and it was worth it. In winter you don't dine in the “tree” or in the garden, but in a new space that is very cozy. Because it is winter, there is an a la carte menu and there is only the 5-course tasting menu, there is no 8-course tasting menu.
We ordered the 5-course tasting and it was delicious. There was a gluten free person and they adapted the dishes to him Perfect and delicious.
Our highlight was the tuna tartare and pasta!! The coconut sorbet is also very good. The staff is super friendly, they helped us adjust the reservation a couple of times and all without a problem.
Great place and definitely a must!! It's worth it.
