We visited Banbury for the first time tonight, we were served by Natasha who was friendly, attentive & excellent throughout our meal. The food was amazing, as always, & we took advantage of the amazing offer. I am gluten free & Natasha went over & above to ensure we had the best experience & I would highly recommend.

Food was great...especially the gluten free options.
Ther servers were fantastic and worked way harder than they should. Manager was awful though.....very unprofessional, rude to myself on entry, shouted at staff in front of customers bringing one of them to tears......would go again.....but if management was behaving the same I'd raise a complaint!
