Really enjoyed lunchtime meal. Good choice of menu with gluten free options. We'll worth another visit

This place is excellent. You wouldn’t think it’s worth a stop when driving by, but it’s a fabulous place to sit -either on the patio right by beautifully kept gardens with pond or inside cosy by the fire - to enjoy a drink or have a full meal. The owners are truly lovely and if you come back a second time will remember you! Great atmosphere. There is a wide range of drinks, including some unusual spirits and wines, all individually selected. The good is also very good. Locally sourced ingredients, everything cooked fresh. Even better, they cater really well for dietary requirements. Fish and chips that’s gluten free, egg free and dairy free and tastes amazing! Also try the vegan chocolate brownie with raspberry sorbet. All in all, couldn’t recommend this pub more highly. Don’t drive by. Stop on your way or go out of your way to have a meal here. We’ll definitely be back…
