I went there early. Around 11:30am for a spot of lunch and there was only one other table, so very quiet as expected. The chicken was sublimely cooked. I mean, I've had a lot of Nandos all over the country. This was perfection. Chips were good also. The staff were really polite and when I said about my coeliac they dealt with it perfectly. If you fancy a juicy, perfectly seasoned hot meal of chicken; this is the Best. I only dropped one star for atmosphere as it was empty. You can change that.

It’s not easy finding a good pub that caters for a gluten free diet, especially if you have complicated things by getting a dog!! The Coastguard Pub made us and our 7 month old pup very welcome and had a great range of gluten free meals available. Really lovely food and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back if visiting the area again!

We came for food after arriving at the Premier Inn hotel in Dover before our trip to France. Staff where very accommodating as our daughter is celiac and diabetic, the staff provided the allergens folder and the food was prepared with minimal cross contamination. Very rare to find these days. This is a must visit, thank you to all of the staff here

Lovely little Cafe. So friendly and welcoming. Had a lovely bacon sandwich and jam on toast. Gluten free. Friendly customers that gave us some great advice on where to visit around the area. Would definitely go back.

What a great place to eat and drink, just moved to this area so was highly delighted to find we had such a lovely local, food excellent, just wish they would consider doing more Gluten Free food? Like most places they do very little?? If any, apart from the risotto I had last Friday, yummy everyone’s meal was yummy, you can adapt almost any meal to be GF . Will return soon. How can you do a vegan wellington?? Why do vegans want something that looks like meat?? You could make it gF?? Son in law had burger loved it.
