Our first visit here and it was great! They have a separate gluten-free menu and GF soy sauce. We had an alaskan roll, spicy salmon roll and vegetable roll, and they were the best we've had in a very long time. We also stepped out of our chicken routine and ordered beef chow fun. The beef was amazingly tender and the rice noodles had just the texture we were craving. The sauce was tasty and just a little sweet as the menu indicated. Tyler was our waiter and he was super friendly and provided great service. He refilled our iced teas without us having to ask, and offered us to-go cups before we left. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely go there again when we're in the area.

I didn't like the spaghetti sauce. The salad was $5 extra and wasn't worth it. I liked the gluten-free bread. It cost my husband and I $47 for lunch and we both had water to drink. There are other Italian restaurants in the Villages that I prefer to eat at.

Kitchen where chicken salad is prepared is dedicated Gluten free facility. Where food is prepared on line does have gluten products however if you have any food allergies tell them and they take it very serious.

Great about not cross contamination. My cousin has really bad celiac disease and their food is safe to eat.
