Island Fin Lake Nona has amazing service, and the friendliest staff. They make me feel like family. I also have dietary restrictions and eat gluten and dairy free. The general manager Melina knows exactly what I can and cannot add to my bowl. Gives me peace of mind that I won’t get sick. Highly recommend!
Bosporus never disappoints! We have gone since it opened and recently I had medical issues with gluten. I shared with our server Can (John) and he was so accommodating and provided exceptional service! His knowledge and kindness should not go unnoticed. He shared that they are a scratch kitchen and they will do everything to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. Our party ordered an appetizer that I couldn’t enjoy and he goes no problem I will bring you veggies to use with the dips! I felt included the whole time. I thank you for everything! Food is great, service is friendly. Downside is the wait time for food. Typically tapas are much faster. Lots of gluten free options. Review based on two visits.
Josh was a great sever, also helped with a special gluten diet, our drinks were always full. Food tasted really good. Seats were a little uncomfortable.
I had a good experience on my Friday dinner out. Emersen and Nat were very welcoming and helpful in guiding me to find a meal that was not only gluten free and vegetarian, but delicious, fresh, and interesting. I am appreciative of the options that are a step up from what I can usually find. It was a pleasure to find the staff was so knowledgeable about the menu and that there are ao many thoughtful choices for people with food limitations. I will be back again and again after my experience.
