Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine - Lake Nona

Bosporus never disappoints! We have gone since it opened and recently I had medical issues with gluten. I shared with our server Can (John) and he was so accommodating and provided exceptional service! His knowledge and kindness should not go unnoticed. He shared that they are a scratch kitchen and they will do everything to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. Our party ordered an appetizer that I couldn’t enjoy and he goes no problem I will bring you veggies to use with the dips! I felt included the whole time. I thank you for everything! First time having Turkish food and it was delicious!! The lamb shanks was perfectly done and the double chocolate mousse delicious! Gluten free as well. Our server Nathaniel was exceptional, a definite must try!!
