Bamboozle in Channelside is an absolute gem for anyone craving vibrant Vietnamese and Asian fusion cuisine! As someone who’s gluten-free and dairy-free, I was so thrilled to find so many delicious options. They’re known for their rice rolls, and they did not disappoint! The crispy duck, grilled chicken, and the traditional fresh rolls were bursting with flavor. The entree, the sesame glass noodles with sesame pork were the perfect way to complement the flavors and add an extra kick to my meal. The Ube Basque Cheesecake was a first for me, and it did not disappoint—it was rich and indulgent, the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Portions are generous, and everything is beautifully presented. Bamboozle stands out for its incredible dishes and laid-back atmosphere. If you’re near Channelside, don’t miss this hidden treasure!

Needed a place for lunch while in Tampa..it can be hard to find places to eat with gluten free options. This place had good reviews for gf options. The service was great. My server knew what celiac disease was and she was very helpful.

I love The Poke Company! The ingredients are always fresh & have a great selection of proteins and toppings that accommodate my gluten allergy. The portions are generous and everything is super flavorful! The staff is excellent and the establishment is so clean. Can’t wait to go back!
