Bamboozle Channelside

Bamboozle in Channelside is an absolute gem for anyone craving vibrant Vietnamese and Asian fusion cuisine! As someone who’s gluten-free and dairy-free, I was so thrilled to find so many delicious options. They’re known for their rice rolls, and they did not disappoint! The crispy duck, grilled chicken, and the traditional fresh rolls were bursting with flavor. The entree, the sesame glass noodles with sesame pork were the perfect way to complement the flavors and add an extra kick to my meal. The Ube Basque Cheesecake was a first for me, and it did not disappoint—it was rich and indulgent, the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Portions are generous, and everything is beautifully presented. Bamboozle stands out for its incredible dishes and laid-back atmosphere. If you’re near Channelside, don’t miss this hidden treasure!

Wow, You have to try the fresh rolls at this place! The duck is absolutely to die for. The pho was amazing too, and the curry was delicious. All the sauces are gluten free so our family with celiac was able to eat well and enjoy safe delicious food!

Absolutely wonderful! If you're wanting delicious food - don't hesitate - step right up. Once you walk in, the smell of the wonderful menu items will have you hooked and wanting one of everything. Their yellow curry was the BEST I've ever had. They also had their own fruit juices that were delish! Oh - and they had gluten free options - including a cookie which made the hubby very happy! Cant wait to visit Tampa again and get more of that yummy curry!
