Just go! This was delish, atmosphere was quiet, clean, neat. The variety of goodies was vast, and its gluten free! But doesn't taste like it at all!

Jessica was really capable, helpful, and welcoming. This was our (my husband and I) first time eating at Cotton and we really enjoyed it. I'm Gluten-free and I really appreciated that the menu items were clearly marked GF.
I am just getting to know Monroe, Louisiana, since my daughter is in school here now, & everything I uncover, I fall in love with! Delta Biscuit Company has Louisiana figured out! Before we moved to South Florida, we spent a lot of time in New Orleans & in Lafayette, & now Monroe shares their title of Flavor Capital of the Bayou State! One highlight of Delta is that they offer gluten free pancakes & waffles! And, they were so kind to allow me to substitute Bananas Foster on my pancakes! (normally served on French Toast) The decor is Southern gorgeous, & I adore the tile floors, reminiscent of Tujagues in Nola. Josie was the best Server!
Amazing food and amazing service! I’m gluten free and the owner overheard me talking about it and brought out gluten free penne pasta! So kind! I also had amazing wine and Caprese salad.
The girls working were SO polite, understandable, and accommodating when I explained I have celiac disease. The coffee tasted amazing, it’s a clean environment, and the service was great. I’ll be a regular there from now on.
