5 meals and we went back another day because it was so good. It's very busy as the food is excellent but the staff work extremely well together. Line looked long but we maybe waited 10 minutes for the best crepes and smoothies in town. The homemade gingerade is delicious! One had gluten free crepes and the others regular and all were fantastic. The staff was kind and thoughtful and we were impressed with the entire group getting orders out. Love this place and still talk about how good it was!
Our family's favorite Wolfeboro pizza place. Their Gluten-free pizza and chicken tenders are a huge hit with my family. We've gotten many of their pizzas and a few subs, all are pretty good.
Honestly, our server was very strange and incompetent. My mom, sister, and I all have celiac. We all got glutened. Our waitress kept “joking” about our allergies and then swearing we would be fine. We were not fine. I think it’s probably fine if you have a normal server who takes you seriously.
North Main Café was AWESOME! Such a great breakfast spot in Wolfeboro! They have excellent food and coffee - be sure to try a pastry (or two or three) when you visit! Their banana cake with espresso cream cheese frosting was out-of-this-world, Breakfast Burrito was WAY better than expected (be sure to add chorizo), Everything Toast was really nice (albeit kinda expensive), and Smoking Salmon bagel was exactly what you’d want for a bagel. Really nice gluten-free options by the way! Their iced chagaccino and iced earl grey latte are both SO good, and you absolutely need to get these when you stop by. I can only imagine more of their breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and coffee/tea are just as good. We will come here every time we visit Wolfeboro - it will be a staple for us. Check this place out!!
White pizza is amazing and they have a really great gluten free crust. High quality, fair price, ready when they said it would be and still perfectly hot when we got it home! Will absolutely be ordering from them again :)
1st time here. I have Celiac so new places to eat are always iffy. I checked if they had gluten free bread and they said yes. So we went in and had breakfast. I had the best omelet I have ever had out at a diner. Usually omelets are more egg and little stuffing and cheese. This place the omelets are stuffed the way the should be. Jeremy even went the extra mile to grill my toast so there was no cross contamination. I will definitely be back and hopefully Jeremy will be manning the grill.
I booked this restaurant for my rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding because they assured me everything could be made gluten free multiple times. We had many conversations about the foods chosen and I was clear that everything had to be safe for people with celiac disease because I have it and many of my guests do as well. The night of the rehearsal dinner I ate several shrimp before learning that they had dried it in flour and then rinsed the flour off. The manager became defensive when I was upset and said that “he told me the shrimp couldn’t be made gluten free.” I certainly would not have ordered it if that was the case. Do not recommend!!
