FULLY GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANT 🤩 We’ve been frequenting BIBIBOP in Cary since it has opened. Most all gluten free people know gluten free Asian foods are few and far between. This place is DELICIOUS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I describe it like an Asian chipotle in set-up. You go through line and build a bowl. VERY FRESH and clean ingredients. Tasty teas and lemonades. Yummy free miso soup.
Friendly staff and clean space.
10/10 recommend
(I promise there is healthy greens under our toppings in the pictures lol)
It is so cute (not at all a dive) inside! They are very knowledgeable about gluten and have many options. The fried chicken was delicious and I really liked the fries. They also have fun cocktails, and my friends enjoyed their meals as well.

New favorite spot! A family member has celiac and we are able to eat here safely - gluten free and safe from cross contamination! Aside from that, the food is absolutely incredible. Unassuming exterior but the vibe inside is great. Service was also top notch.
First time here and we loved it. We came for breakfast ..the food was delicious, very friendly staff and fresh squeezed orange juice that was amazing. For the gluten sensitive like me, the GF waffle was actually better than about any other regular waffle I've ever had! We have a new favorite place while we're in town visiting! 🤘
I’ve been a regular at Kababish for years, and just getting around to posting a review.
Their food is delicious - fresh and full of flavor… consistently. The staff, many of whom are family, are friendly and attentive.
I have celiac, so I cannot eat gluten. They are aware of gluten free needs; most items are naturally gluten-free, and they can easily modify many dishes to accommodate many dietary requirements.
This gem tucked in downtown Cary is my favorite in Cary - because of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. It’s my go-to for my birthday, and Mother’s Day as well!
My favorite dishes are butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, kabobs, and lahora bhindi (okra). And of course the mango lassi!
We've never had a bad meal here. Whether reservation or bar walk in the service is great. And the food is superb. Gluten free options on practically everything... except on bread for the amazing mussel wine sauce.
Awesome Engagement Dinner party for my eldest daughter! Table service for 32 ; from reservations to accommodating gluten free, the servers were excellent, the food was delicious and everyone left very happy and impressed!

We ate here for lunch on Sunday and it was delicious. They have awesome gluten free options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and yummy. The tables were social distanced and everyone we saw was wearing masks. We'll definitely eat here again.
I love to go here with friends for coffee and pastry. My favorite is the chocolate walnut cookie. It's a huge amount of walnuts held together with chewy, tasty chocolate cookie. It doesn't matter to me but it is gluten-free. Several of the items change seasonally. I have had excellent mini coffeecakes, scones and muffins in various flavors. Their plain croissants are my favorite in town. I often get a sandwich (usually on a croissant!) or salad to go for later. The quiche flavors change as well. Today was my first quiche from here. Not only was it a huge piece but the eggy part was so fluffy, the crust was flaky and the chunks of ham were a nice size. I'll be getting quiche again!! The only downside is the place is popular so parking and getting a table can be difficult at certain times. They do have outdoor seating so when the weather is good, tables are easier to find.
I had been wanting to try SAAP since they opened. Yesterday, I selected SAAP for my birthday dinner, and it was a delight. Our service from waitress Noel(le?), was excellent - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
I started with Sunmer Rolls with shrimp and they were serves super chilled and so fresh and crisp. For my meal, I selected the green curry with seafood. It was excellent. Packed with very fresh and crisp vegetables and tasty seafood. The side of chili oil to adjust the spice level was perfect. I tried 2 cocktails from their list and both were tasty and well-balanced. The location right next to Cary Downtown Park is great for a pretty or post dinner stroll. Lots of gluten-free options marked on the menu.
Dining room is relatively small, so I suggest reservations. However, you may also eat at the bar with first come availability.
Check out this new gem in Cary!
We visited Raleigh/Cary from out of town - we eat healthy and my wife is on a gluten/dairy-free diet. My wife did a quick Google search for restaurants in the Cary area. After looking at the menu online, we easily decided to give it a try. As we entered the restaurant, we grabbed a menu and were looking - one of the owners (Charles) approached us and took several minutes explaining the menu and options to us - nicest guy in the world. My wife ordered a salad and, due to her various dietary restrictions, asked for several modifications to the salad - they did everything for her. The food was fantastic - health and delicious, and a great value. Would love one of these in our hometown!
Had an amazing experience given our dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and my husband is dairy free. Our waiter was very helpful and asked the cook for recommendations. We were also approached by the manager to ensure we got what we wanted. Felt very cared for and everything was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant/location!
Very tasty food. Not a lot of gluten free options, though what they had was delicious. They are also aware of general food allergies and could adjust well. The Baja Bowl with carnitas was delicious.
For my Gluten Free friends! I have a sensitivity, not an allergy, but have never had an issue. Certain bowls are gf with rice noodle sub. All are delicious! Adding a marked menu, though if ordering in person they are very helpful with regard to allergies.
Major rip-off. Everything is an up charge.
The cauliflower crust is the worst. If you have to be gluten free go somewhere else. The pizza was floating in oil from over saturated cheese. When I got home I threw it all away. I ate a slice and a half. My wife had the pizza special. She said the crust was good. When I got the bill, two pizzas and no drinks came to $58.60. Crazy.
As someone who is gluten free this place is my go to! The gluten free chicken tastes amazing and the gluten free cheese curds are so good! I also love their fries and tater tots. I come here all the time as I’m sad I’m about to be moving 40 minutes away. I just wish their ice cream machine was working since it seems to not have been for weeks now. It is so refreshing to have a place I can feel normal eating at and have so many options.
What a special place. It was our first time here and our server Andy made us so welcome. The atmosphere was so festive and the food was delish. I was thrilled that a fine Italian restaurant offers a wide variety of gluten-free dishes. Looking forward to my next visit!
Ordered 3 gluten free unlimited topping pizza, kids and me waited 45 mins for delivery and got 3 burnt, dry, no topping cheese pizzas. Never buying a pizza from this or any mod pizza again.
If I could give a ten-star review for Kennedy I would. She got our complicated order perfect. She welcomed us and made every change that we needed...included a gluten-free guest. She was awesome...the food was terrific. Can't wait to come back!!

Disappointed to find out their menu has changed and many of our favorites are no longer available. There are no longer a variety of gluten free options besides a salad. I used to get their zucchini noodles which are no longer offered. They also used to have an amazing bbq chicken salad which is also not offered. I was not impressed with the salad I had. The service was good and the restaurant is nice and clean. No issues with the staff at all. Unfortunately, due to the menu change it is no longer a family favorite.
We came with a group of 6, 1 vegan and 1 gluten free. Andy explained the menu to the vegan and gluten free customers first. He even walked me to the sauce bar to show me which ones were gluten free. He split checks for our group too. Food and drinks were also amazing! Definitely will be back again when we are in the area.
Ordered multiple gluten-free pizzas for my staff … they were excellent! Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and kind. Change is tough. Be kind to small businesses.
The service was as amazing as their food. It felt like having a delicious home cooked meal made by good friends. The teas were amazing 🤩…. The injera brings me back every time. I love that it’s fermented, gluten free and has protein so you can enjoy the vegetarian meal and still feel extremely satisfied
The food here is amazing! From the endless selection of pizzas (even gluten free) to the wings to the salads to the parm subs and even the garlic knots! You have to save room to try the cannolies or tiramisu that are out of this world!
Next time I am going to try the lasagna that I saw someone else order.
I even got to meet one of creators of this Italian heaven. Ricky was great to chat with. We even talked about catering some of my team meetings in the future.
I love pizzas, especially that they have a gluten free option of all flavors, I love the dough and the atmosphere is very good to share with family and friends, the service is very good
We had a large gathering with a dog. They were so accommodating to food allergies as well as to our dog. They have a pet menu and our dog loved the pupwich. The gluten free bun was great. The food was delicious. It was a cold night but the heated patio was cozy. It was my first visit, but certainly not my last.
Walked in, I rang couldn't see what i could have due to wheat issues, the young lady said, everything except for the taboulah and the regular wrap bread. She even changed her gloves and wiped everything down. The panini was amazing!!! A gluten-free panini!!! Yes please!!
Great atmosphere. Fried chicken sandwich was reasonable. Fries were soggy. Waiter tried to be helpful, but did not know the gluten free options for my wife. Also messed up the bill and had an extra entree included by mistake.
