Ordered gluten free on vacation and have now spent the past 2 days in bed. This was the one place i looked forward to eating at and now i regret every moment of it. Food was sub par at best for a party of 8. Very disappointed. Dont boast of gluten free options if you are not going to really care about the health of others.
Absolutely fantastic house made pizzas with hand-made dough. All pizzas are 10" individual size. You can pick from the "favorites" list or create your own from a fairly extensive list of sauces and toppings. They also have a gluten-free crust option, which my friend ordered and told me was incredible.
It's definitely a beer place, but they do have a small selection of wine by the glass.
The Peak is a casual bar atmosphere with a lot of local regulars. That, in itself, tells you a lot.
Philly cheese steak was excellent as was the service. Gluten free buns for burgers was a pleasant surprise. Burger was cooked too much initially but they did make it right. Will be back.
The food overall was good. I was glad they had a gluten free option with a bowl. I just wish the chicken was cut or diced it was a little difficult to eat with the bowl so I had to cut it to make it work. I also got the fries but they weren’t salted.
My wife has a gluten allergy and they were able to custom her order and even cleaned the grill before cooking. Above and beyond the call of duty! The Voodo tacos and street corn were excellent. Sit on the back deck, it's an outside beach them. I think on the top deck, you can see the ocean.
They have gluten free marked on their ice cream menu which is exactly what I came for. Butter pecan and the bourbon ice cream is what I got. Very delicious
Just amazing. I've visited Lobstah Shack twice now in 2 weeks. Had the Lobstah grilled cheese, Lil Lobstah roll, lobstah bisque, clam chowder and gluten free Lobstah bowl. All have been superb. Trevor, the co-owner, is really friendly and chatty. Beer selection on offer is very good. Highly recommend a visit.
