Subway but pizza, brilliant restaurant idea! Its a bit pricey, but the quality is really good. I highly recommend the cauliflower crust, even if you eat gluten.

Great experience, staff are very friendly and welcoming! We were seated with no issues, waitresses were fast, efficient, and very professional. The atmosphere is so beautiful, warm and cozy! Food came out in good time, the only recommendation is to add more vegetarian dishes with gluten free appetizers! Would revisit!

We really enjoyed the restaurant until very recent. The atmosphere is esthetically pleasing, the food usually really good. However the service is not always on point and I have to say the new menu look and how the tables are set up is frustrating. The menu is a large two sided card stock that is cumbersome to read over when sitting right next to another member of our party. You feel.like your going to bump them with the menu. Secondly, if you require gluten free or vegan you must let the host who seats you know because that is on a separate smaller menu now. Lastly but the most frustrating part is that they place the cutlery directly on the table with an appetizer plate in the center holding your napkin. Then they place the menu that contain greasy finger marks and food stains directly on top of your napkin. Mind you the menu is so large that it also sits on top of the cutlery you will use to eat your meal. Beyond gross. The waitress we had simply responded that they "try" to clean the menus. I showed the waitress the evidence and responded this is disgusting. It's the height of influenza and norovirus season. When did it become OK to drop basic hygiene precautions in a restaurant? Sometimes change is not a good thing. 😕

Despite a chaotic and unclean environment, the staff's efforts to handle gluten-free service with new hires trained in safety protocols show a commitment to accommodating gluten-free needs. However, the overall setting lacks the cleanliness and attentiveness crucial for a safe gluten-free experience.

This place is terrible. It is always dirty, garbages overflowing, and tables needing to be wiped down. Out of food during normal meal time hours. Service is awful. Workers on the line with air pods in, don't know how to do gluten friendly orders. Gave this location it's last chance today. Ended up leaving without anything. I suggest you drive a little ways to the 25th Street location.

When our family travels across North Dakota, we have to stop at Lucky's 13. They not only have gluten-free options (like buns), but they also have the Juicy Lulu. It is the best burger we have ever had. Melt-in-your-mouth. In fact, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Let me back up a little, and wipe the drool off my face...we walked in, were greeted by friendly staff, and were taken to a seat (booth, hightop, or bar). They bring out popcorn! A lovely, light snack! Our server was very attentive, heard our concerns about gluten contamination, answered our questions about which sides would be gluten-free, and when serving us, made it a point to keep our (our youngest son's and my) food separate from my husband's and our oldest son's. Three of us had the Juicy Lulu, one had a hamburger (he is dairy-free also, poor kid!) They were all cooked to perfection, with incredible flavor. Here I go, drooling again. I had the coleslaw, which is made fresh, and is the only coleslaw, in a restaurant, that I can eat without having tummy issues within an hour! (I love coleslaw and I am bit by every place except Lucky's!) One kid had fruit, and the other two had fries, which, according to them, tasted amazing (I smelled them—they smelled heavenly, too!) The other two also shared the tots, which were a mixture of potatoes, cheese, and other yumminess that I could only smell and drool over. (They are fried in a fryer that also fries items with gluten, so they (and the fries) are not safe for my tummy.) While I would love to go on about how amazing everything was, including how clean the bathroom was, but, I need to go hydrate now that I have drooled all over myself! 😆
