Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is terrible. It is always dirty, garbages overflowing, and tables needing to be wiped down. Out of food during normal meal time hours. Service is awful. Workers on the line with air pods in, don't know how to do gluten friendly orders. Gave this location it's last chance today. Ended up leaving without anything. I suggest you drive a little ways to the 25th Street location.

Absolutely disgusting, Dirty EVERYWHERE, Floors, Tables, Chairs, Counters, Overflowing trash cans, The kitchen was dirty on every surface used for food preparation, Every cooler I saw was dirty, The walls were dirty, The grill was horrendous with thick chunks of old burnt meats and char from front to back, A few good scrapes could make it doable but the fact it's just sort of there for everyone to see is mind boggling for a company of this size. Where is the Health Inspector?? The service was terrible and unwelcoming, When I asked for things that they should have during business hours I was just told "No we don't have that." Or "We are out of that", ??? Seriously? There was no effort to even check or ask for more, If you don't have enough food for service then PREP more, if a customer wants somethings they are entitled to that, Don't lie and say you are out, Say you are lazy and don't want to make the food. They were out of half of the ingredients I asked for, And everything looked old, On top of that I wasnt offered anything extra or compensated for having a half empty bowl and was charged full price, No one explained what anything was which is okay because I know, But I was expected to know everything and given attitude the entire time as if I am a burden for spending my money at Chipotle, For the filth alone it's a miracle someone hasn't gotten sick from cross contamination or gotten food poisoning, My items weren't marked nor bagged until someone stepped in and asked if I wanted a bag, Considering the food should always come in a bag not the most impressive fix but at least there was a drop of effort so I could at least carry the food that I ended taking to the trash, Overcooked steak, Dry Chicken, Nasty Beans, Undercooked rice, And half of the things I wanted, Not included. Embarrassing, Dangerous, And Unwelcoming. (If you have a good gut and low standards this is the place for you, I would NOT order anything here for any Children, Elderly, Or for anyone with compromised immune systems, Including IBS, Any sort of anaphylactic allergies and Celiac.) I can't speak for other locations in town but I would avoid this one at all costs for the sake of your health and convenience, I will not be returning until they close down and a new restaurant opens in Chipotles spot. 0/10 Get HELP.
