Love this restaurant! Excellent service, great food and vibe. Gluten Free friendly - servers are able to help you make a choice. I have to mention the delightful gluten free bread - it is not common to find allergy friendly yet delicious food.
This was my second and last time dining here. I ordered the French toast off of the menu and asked for it to be made with the gluten free bread. On the menu, the French toast comes with bacon or sausage, so I requested bacon. When I was handed my bill I saw that I had been charged an additional $4.99 for the bacon. I asked the waitstaff to help me understand why I was being charged for the bacon because the menu said the French toast came with bacon. The waitstaff I was speaking to told me that because I’d ordered the French toast Gluten free, the bacon was no longer included. They told me there was a gluten free menu that made this clear but that they no longer give that menu out. The waitstaff told me that they assumed I knew that already. I asked them how I would know this information, since I was ordering off of the menu they gave me, (and not off of this non-existent gluten free menu), and she just said she assumed that I knew it. They told me I could call the owner to try to get a refund. I called the owner who did not answer, and left a voice mail. It is unreasonable to assume any customer understands pricing changes for items not clearly marked on your menu. Nowhere on the current menu does it say that if you ask for something to be gluten free you will now be paying a-la-cart pricing for every item on your plate. The fact that they refused to make the adjustment to my bill based on their assumptions about what I “ought” to have known feels wrong. Upfront pricing and clear communication with customers ordering any modification is a better practice than assuming they know the pricing that exists only on a menu that is no longer in use. This was a super disappointing experience.
***EDITED TO ADD***
I just got off of the phone with the owner who offered to refund the cost of the bacon and said she’d speak with her staff about the situation. I appreciate the follow up and willingness to hear why this was such a frustrating experience for me. I was also told that corporate determines what is printed on menus, not local franchise owners, so hopefully something will be done to be more upfront about price changes to menu items/substitutions. Transparency is a big deal.
I ate here for the first time tonight. I have Celiac disease. Got what was supposed to be a gluten free meal and now I’m sick. The food wasn’t even good for the price. Average at best. They do not have the knowledge to provide safe meals for special needs. I will not be back.
I usually get the same order when i eat at a Jason's Deli, the half Amy's O turkey sandwich with chips, fruit and dip. I am stuffed when I leave there. This location barely put half a slice of turkey on the sandwich and all of the servings were smaller. I should have said something while i was there, but i left there still hungry after paying $14 with small drink and gluten free bread upcharge.

We discovered this place after the last Ohio State Home game, on our way back home to Indiana. They have a GREAT gluten free menu. The family said the other food was good too. The service is attentive and fun.
I had dinner there last night and had a great experience!
The only warning I can give is that the cocktails this season are way stronger than they taste.
The scallops I had were the best I've had in Columbus. They were absolutely perfect. And on a bed of cheesy grits that was also exceptional.
The crab cakes were also the best gluten free crab cake I've ever had.
Anyways, I will be back for sure.
Tried this place for the first time and will be my last
I have to eat gluten free and is very sensitive
After ordering marked GF food and asking many questions about the food I still got very sick
Kitchen and staff needs to be better prepared and understand about preparing, handling and know the ingredients of food
It's not that hard
UPDATE: They no longer have hot tofu sticky buns, and as that was my favorite thing here I am subtracting a star. They still have bao and they still have tofu so I am not sure why they can't just slap one in the other and throw some sauce on there. Still best ramen when you are looking for vegetarian options.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love this place almost too much. It is LOUD inside and hard to hear when they call your name between the masks and music. They could definitely do with turning down the volume of the music a bit. Parking availability is next to nill on the street, but the parking garage is right across the way. It can get really crowded for pick up orders and they get behind on the weekend, be forewarned. Hard to social distance in the entrance. BUT that being said their hot tofu sticky buns are to die for! Vegetarian friendly. Vegan options. Gluten free options. My very picky children have also found favorites to eat here (Narutomaki for the win).
Our server was very friendly. Most of us got noodle dishes. I got the chicken Par Thai and it was really good! I appreciate all the gluten free options available. The egg drop soup was also delicious.
Soooo good! Was trying to find food for my non-dairy son who wanted pizza, we stopped in North Market and there were no vegan options. We called Harvest Pizzeria; they had vegan cheese options and gluten free crust! My son doesn't get to enjoy pizza very often & as you can see, we barely made it out the door before he grabbed a slice! They have a smaller kid's size pizza that was perfect for him, and he loved it!
If they didn't have a loyal customer before, they definitely do now.
Their food is delicious, they offer many different options based off your dietary and allergy restrictions. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, they have something for you. The place is clean, and the interior is interesting & unique with plenty of seating. They have a lovely outdoor patio and near a parking garage which is perfect due to the high traffic area.
Now down to the best part of my experience.
The employees. Not only are they hospitable, energetic, and kind. They are informative about their food products, and engage with their customers & their dietary needs. The cooks make amazing food, and are fast paced so you're order will be out not long after it's placed.
Down to what happened today.
Today I ran into an unexpected issue which would have caused me to cancel my order if not for the workers help, I wont go into too much details but one of the employees who was helping me showed me kindness and patience during the situation and luckily after a minute we both were able to work through the issue quickly and my order was eventually placed. I was very appreciative of her help. I just wanted to make a note about how much I appreciated her help and service!
Rebol has some of the best food & employees around. Their sweet potatoe hash is so good, and I love their red pepper falafels.
Will definitely be returning.
One of my best dining experiences. I am supposed to stay Gluten-free and this restaurant made it easy. They had several great choices. The total wait staff catered to my needs and communicated with each other. Even the delivery helper knew my order and needs. My entre, appetizer, bread and desert were all outstanding. I'll be back soon!
We ended up going for brunch and I feel like you get a good amount for the price. They have a variety of options and a handful of gluten free items. We ordered extra sides but definitely wished we hadn’t.
Great staff and pizza. I have been getting my daughters gluten free pizza here for the past 5 years. It’s always consistent and ready on time. Keep up the great work and pizza.
Wonderful place: very nice furniture, modern and peculiar room. It offers an ample choice of Beers, from traditional to most special ones.
Wonderful dishes, delicious and nicely server. The stuff is very kind; it maybe requires several minutes of waiting Before getting the food.
The place proposes Also gluten free beverages (syder, and a very good beer).
We are thrilled to have Black Dog in our neighborhood. The best gluten free crust we have found (and we've tried them all). Plus their toppings are so much more creative than anywhere else. Highly recommend!
I have been to a few First Watches, but this one had a bar! I didn’t order from it, but I thought that was cool, especially if you wanted to eat by yourself at the bar. We used Google to reserve a spot in the cue and then confirmed it when we arrived. It was about a 15 to 25 minute wait. Hailey was our server. She was amazing and I wanted to shout her out. She definitely was professional and made us feel special. Super friendly. I tried the pumpkin pancakes with the sunny side up eggs and chicken sausage. I should have ordered my usual. The pancakes were not as good. My friend got a gluten-friendly something with bacon. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. We had great service. I know next time to order my spinach feta omelet!
I come here every time I take my car to Infiniti. I've always enjoyed the drinks, food, and service. They have a pool table as well. Lots of gluten free options as well.
Our server was excellent but the food was NOT good. Never received our soup, my granddaughters’s gluten and dairy free burger came out on a bun with cheese. Then when it was replaced the burger for a 6 year old came out almost rare. My asparagus was completely overcooked and the garlic potatoes were bland and tasteless. I couldn’t even eat them.
Solid experience. Great food. Consistent. Does some gluten free options (except the naan). I don't usually bother with rice, but that rice was...I don't know. I kept going back for more. Couldn't get enough of it. Seems weird to gush about rice, when it was just normal rice, but it made me happy.
Our group had reservations. The restaurant has a nice cheery vibe. Our servers were very friendly and attentive, and our food came out quickly! Everything was fresh and hot. They had plenty of gluten-free options! I ordered the GF blackened shrimp pasta, not the best choice. My shrimp was not the least bit "blackened," and the sauce was just okay at best, but everyone else enjoyed their meals. The street corn nacho appetizer was delicious! The manager, Chris, was awesome--very attentive and accommodating! Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Although there was some doubt at first, our server called the manager and worked hard to take care of our party's gluten-free, vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian, and gluten-free and vegan needs, while being extremely polite about it. I even heard him assuring a chef, who was concerned about the order of black mushroom sushi (not gluten-free), that it was for someone without that need; he also thanked the chef for his vigilance. We started the visit expecting some people to have one choice and be thankful for it, but we ended it with everyone full of delicious items that they took the initiative to modify. One child was so happy, she was insistent on tipping the server with her own money.
Just make sure you are not tight on time, but if you have the time, I assure you it is worth it.
Dinner was to celebrate a birthday. Nice selection of entrée for our group- steak, scallops, ribs. Server was able to point out the gluten free options on the menu. Great service to complement the great food.
