Also, the food is great! As someone with severe allergies to gluten, soy, oats, and other things, modern market has so many options for me. As someone who has traveled across the U.S. and dined at over 200 Thai restaurants, I can confidently say I know my Thai food. Only about 5% of places make it to my coveted 5-star list—and this food truck is one of them!
The flavors here are absolutely amazing, proving that great food doesn’t need a fancy restaurant setting. The menu may be limited, but everything is 100% gluten-free and packed with flavor.
We tried the Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Papaya Salad, and every dish was fantastic. The portions were generous, the seasoning was on point, and the overall quality blew us away.
To top it off, the service was exceptional. I had the chance to chat with the owner, who is as sweet as she is passionate about her craft.
