Best breakfast ever! All the staff are so kind and eager to make you feel comfortable and welcome. They are constantly topping off your coffee, and there is a gorgeous hidden garden patio in the back! Gluten friendly options are delicious, especially the pancakes! We are regulars and look forward to going every weekend. Highly recommend for delicious food and consistently wonderful service!!!!
We love MOD Pizza as they have both gluten and dairy free options. We normally do delivery, but my first visit was positive. The staff were friendly and the choose your toppings system worked perfectly. I also love how simple the pricing model is.
Always very accommodating and understanding for Celiac allergy, my boyfriend comes in here all the time and they’re always so nice to him about his Celiac. It’s very hard to find places that are understanding and knowledgeable about it, so we really appreciate the extra care and effort that they put in. I didn’t catch their names last time I was there, but I hope they know they are very very appreciated.
So this review has been 2 visits in the making. After a first visit with dismal service, I sent a detailed email to the GM of the restaurant. The customer service team (Katie Specifically) reached out immediately, apologized profusely, attempted to make it right, and asked us to come try them again. SO - Second visit was a resounding success.
Service was on point, salad bar is well stocked and delicious, and the meat with the main course is tender, flavorful, and quality cuts of meat. Our only nag was drink service was a little slow, but the drinks were quite good when they arrived, so l'll give em a pass on it. Two menu pricing options is a very positive attribute, but be sure you understand which one you are opting for and what you get with it. We will absolutely return and this is a going to be a go to spot for a friend group of ours. One further note: We did not test it, but I inquired about gluten free options for a celiac, and they said they absolutely could accommodate as a vast majority of their food is gluten free.
Service: waitress had a great personality but we were left unattended after we got our food and had to ask 2 others for service in her absence. Food tasted great but only 3 small chunks of brisket on the brisket hash, and no corn tortilla option for gluten free needs. Took a while for the food to come out and both orders were wrong and had to be sent back. If the waitress that took the order would have delivered the food, she might have caught the mistake from the kitchen but someone else brought our food out. Need to taste the fruit before serving it so that tasteless fruit doesn't get served. The honeydew was either not ripe, or it was cut too close to the rind. Great atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend their Ice coffee and aioli sauce.
This was our first time visiting Lupe. My wife and I sat at the bar for what turned out to be a fantastic dinner and exceptional service. Food was outstanding. My wife is gluten free and the beauty of this place is, most everything is naturally gluten free.
Food is very good. I have to eat gluten free so the manager Suzie and waitress were very helpful. I've been getting the soft tacos with corn tortillas. Be careful because the corn and flour tortillas look exactly the same and I think the tacos normally come with flour. Guacamole is delicious. Also the Ginger Bee cocktail is wonderful.
We came here for my birthday dinner. I had such a fabulous time, the wait was so-so but well worth it for the food. We had a party of 13, one of those guests needing gluten free and the other needing 100% salt free. Everything came out great and the way we needed it to.
Celebrated my moms birthday. We love llama. It's always fun and the tea is delicious.
They have gluten free options as well.
