Always very accommodating and understanding for Celiac allergy, my boyfriend comes in here all the time and they’re always so nice to him about his Celiac. It’s very hard to find places that are understanding and knowledgeable about it, so we really appreciate the extra care and effort that they put in. I didn’t catch their names last time I was there, but I hope they know they are very very appreciated.

As someone with celiac disease, I'm so grateful that Pei Wei has several gluten-free meal choices available. They also are very accommodating to making changes. For example, I ordered a shrimp dish with chicken instead. The lady who took our order was very helpful and patient with my dietary questions. Thank you Pei Wei for offering such tasty gluten-free choices and also for hiring great staff.
