Ordered a 14 inch Meaty New Yorker and a 12 Inch gluten free pizza with pepperoni. The Gluten-Free pizza is a thicker crust pizza made with a Wheat Starch, Buckwheat, and Rice flour mixture. It tastes very similar to a normal pizza without having the bad aftertaste that almond flour sometime gives. The gluten free brownie is made with the same flour mixture and is also very good. Slightly more moist than fudge. The customer service here is amazing! Very friendly and helpful when deciding between their numerous options. My favorite part… the ranch. It’s the good pizza ranch. Not the cheaper, high acidity, ranch that a lot of faster pizza joints use. The pizza themselves have very good quality ingredients that you can taste. The crust is cooked well so that it doesn’t flop too much.

Menu dishes are designed around fresh ingredients and the food was delicious. Our order was taken by someone very knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food, who offered a GF alternative preparation of their felafel appetizer. I enjoyed the generous fresh fruit cup that was an off menu alternative to fries with my meal. I look forward to returning here for more delicious meals!

I recently developed a dairy and gluten intolerance and came across this little spot in the area. I’m aware that my dietary modification won’t be an easy change but knowing that I still have options for food that actually tastes good makes me happy! I ordered the garden burger, garlic parmesan fries along with a vanilla cupcake and red velvet cupcake (all GF of course). I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of everything! I recommend Wisdom Bakery & Cafe and will be returning to try more on the menu.

Good local restaurant serving up delicious Italian food. My Jersey girl roots enjoyed the flavorful dishes. Their tomato sauce is bright in flavor. Penne vodka was the best we've had in years. Gluten free menu available; the chicken and vegetables dish was seasoned and cooked with care. Next time, I'm coming for the Baked Ziti (I have high hopes that it'll be just like home).

We decided to end our week of vbs with lunch at Tapped. This was our first visit to Tapped, we arrived around 1pm on Friday it was empty and the waitress was pleasant and provided us with menus and cups of water immediately. I have a gluten allergy and was so happy to find out they oven bake their wings so I could actually have the wings. I ordered a 12 count wings with half Buffalo and half lemon pepper, they were cooked perfectly and the were generously sized. We also had the chips and queso and mozzarella sticks as appetizers and everyone enjoyed both. Service was friendly and prompt and all food was great! They have several TVs with different games going on at the same time so I could totally see them being packed during games. We’ll definitely be back to watch an Astros game soon!

Wow wow wow!! What amazing personal service and food. It is my wife's 40th birthday and they made her a chaffel (waffle made from almond and cheeses) because she is gluten free and it was the most delicious thing she has ever had! My first time having chicken and waffles which is what they are known for was amazing! They even made her a red velvet slice of cake for her birthday!! 100% recommend!!

I'm sorry this is Lil late. We ate here 11/24/23. We met for a family get-together. I called ahead to reserve tables early just in case of any Black Friday post shopping. They provided 2 tables, one for adults & one for kids. We all enjoyed our food! Generous portions for leftovers or to share. There were kid's menus as well. My husband is gluten-free. He usually has issues if there is contamination 20 minutes after eating. He had none!
