Came here because we love the GF crust and normally the employees are good about cross contamination. When we ordered the GF crust the person helping us just kept cross contaminating the crusts by putting them on trays that had had regular crusts. When I pointed this out she asked, “what are you allergic to?” and I said “Gluten” so she took the crusts off the tray and put them directly on the assembly line. After struggling to explain that we wanted to be careful we just gave up and let them finish the cross contaminated pizzas.

We had a great first experience at the Cubby’s in Spanish Fork. The on-site assistant manager Luis was awesome. We have a son with Celiac disease, and we felt comfortable with his gluten-free food safety during our experience there. The food was great (including his gluten free tri-tip sandwich. The environment was awesome (our kids loved the extreme sports tv), and the service was superior as well. Thanks for having a great restaurant that we will be sure to frequent!
