Super fun place, great patio. Michelle was so fun and welcoming. Low FODMAP diet options like pineapple, olive oil, mozzarella, and tomato with gluten free crust. They also have vegan cheese! Wish they had plant based meat options. My husband got the Outlaw and said it was great!
Pretty solid Italian, not the most traditional but still delicious overall. They have gluten free pasta and bread, they are very accommodating for gluten intolerance which is awesome. The service was top notch and it felt nice to be acknowledged and cared for, a lot of time people could care less about intolerances, especially GF. It's a rarity to have above and beyond service like this.
Caesar salad was pretty weak, pasta was good, and risotto was good but a little overcooked.
I have Celiac disease and they are always happy to help accommodate my dietary restrictions by swapping out utensils and washing their hands. It’s one of the few places I feel comfortable eating and the staff is always friendly.
Had good gluten free reviews. I don’t think people know what gluten free should taste like but this is not it. Disappointing burnt thin crust cracker that cuts the roof of your mouth. Avoid.
Why am I just learning about this local gem?!?! Food was absolutely delicious and top notch service. Celiac here and ordered to go what I thought was gluten free for myself, they promptly called me back to clarify and offer other substitutions(huge points in my book) The lamb was amazing, so tender and flavorful. Also ordered for my non celiac family: the street fries, gyro sandwich and gyro plate and they had nothing but compliments on how tasty and good everything was. Seems we found a new favorite. Thank you for a wonderful experience and delicious food.
I’ve eaten here a few times since moving to the area last summer- my kids like the pizza at Farrelli’s but the service isn’t that great (we’ve dined in and taken out). Also not safe if you’re extremely allergic to gluten or have celiac disease. I ordered a gluten free pizza for take out a couple months ago and I was given a regular pizza crust instead of GF. No other GF options or accommodations aside from a basic caulipower crust which isn’t great. I would love to see more GF options here, more precautions taken for GF/Celiac diners and better quality ingredients given the GF option upcharge.
Overall, this Chick Fil A’s standards aren’t to the chains. Ordered gluten free and was given a breaded chicken sandwich. Drove back, they remade it and the kitchen threw it in the box sloppy with tons of water all over the sauce that’s on the sandwich.
We love Fika!! We often pop by for a beverage and a pastry. The almond croissants go fast! But their seasonal croissants, gluten-free scones, vegan cookies, mushroom gallettes (and more!) are incredibly delicious! There is always a line, but it goes fast. I even sometimes come here to write/work because it's a beautiful space, great food, and lovely staff.
We don't go there enough! The menu is constantly changing, and everything is great. They even handled my wife's gluten intolerance (celiac) by substituting gluten-free pasta. We will definitely be back soon.
We ordered a 9" gluten-free pizza to go. They were busy, so we ran some errands and 30 minutes later, they couldn't find the order. We waited 20 more minutes, and then I asked for my money back. Right at that moment, they brought out the pizza. When I opened the box, I was greeted by a circle of cardboard with a slap of suacee and a few random artichokes. It was not edible. I am sorry to say, the worst pizza experience ever.
I was brought a delicious looking bun with my soup, I asked if they had gluten free, I was told yes, for $3, I could have one. About five min later, the server brought me a fresh gluten free bun, at no charge.
Pizza is great here. Not a traditional pie, but it's still good. Tried the gluten free crust, really enjoyed it. Service is slow here, pizza took 30 minutes to be ready.
Great food, as always. And great customer service. I have celiac disease and the employees took extra care to make sure the food was safe for me to eat.
can I just say that the gluten free pizza here is UNMATCHED. I’ve never enjoyed a GF pizza crust so much, and I’ve tried pretty much everywhere in this area. I particularly enjoy the Buffalo chicken pizza, but all of them are fantastic. A great place to go in general. Great drink selections, and a great place to take the dog when it’s warm enough out. What more can you ask for?
Went there with a large group. We just walked in after attending an event at the fairgrounds.
We waited at least 20 minutes before being served water AFTER asking for it. We waited another 20 minutes or so before anyone came to take people's orders. Another 45 minutes to be served our food. We also had to ASK for napkins. And, no flatware was provided. It is not a gluten free facility so if you have gluten issues let them. They did accommodate me by providing my burger in a lettuce wrap. And they do have gluten free bread. Their frier is not separate from other food so there is a potential of cross contamination. We were there for a total of two hours. Unacceptable 👎
