West Pioneer Grill

Went there with a large group. We just walked in after attending an event at the fairgrounds. We waited at least 20 minutes before being served water AFTER asking for it. We waited another 20 minutes or so before anyone came to take people's orders. Another 45 minutes to be served our food. We also had to ASK for napkins. And, no flatware was provided. It is not a gluten free facility so if you have gluten issues let them. They did accommodate me by providing my burger in a lettuce wrap. And they do have gluten free bread. Their frier is not separate from other food so there is a potential of cross contamination. We were there for a total of two hours. Unacceptable 👎

I made a reservation for Saturday morning for 5 adults+an infant. We got sat relatively fast. However, the service was very slow. It took a very long time to get food (50 minutes from placing order for breakfast) and water refills. It was good food but wasn't worth the wait. Maybe they need more staff, so it's quicker, but I doubt I'd return. They do have gluten free toast.
