Very welcoming, quality and balanced homemade dishes, excellent value for money.
Little extra for Vegans and people who don't eat gluten.
Exceptional dessert! :)
Beautiful decor, staff always welcoming and pleasant, service without waiting, very good and well served dishes. I was even able to drink a gluten-free buckwheat beer and it's the first time that a restaurant has one: I loved it and had a great evening, I'll come back more often!
Celiacs run!!!!
We went specifically because they promote that they have gluten-free dishes and we had seen good comments regarding this topic, the reality has been the opposite.
It is true that the letter states that there may be cross-contamination (in many places they state this to avoid lawsuits, but we are traveling and do not have many options, and we think they would be more aware).
They do not offer any gluten-free dishes that are not contaminated (despite charging €1 for the gluten-free option).
We went with my daughter, who even started to cry because of the disappointment and they weren't able to offer us gluten-free bread (they have some) but uncontaminated (they use the same oven for everyone and you can see that they don't have protective bags to bake) or any other solution (not a sad omelette in a clean pan, even though we suggested it), not packaged ham, not even fruit,... Understanding 0. A disaster.
Misleading advertising, if you can't offer it, don't promote it with all the gluten free icons, it's a lie.
I found this small vegan and gluten free cafe whilst looking for a place to eat. I was amazed at the variety of items they had. Great staff. The place is super small and gets very crowded so go early.
A must-see restaurant in Metz: the vegan and local dishes are delicious and generous, everything is excellent from starter to dessert, so much so that we forgot to take photos of the dishes
We loved the burger and sauerkraut as well as the gluten-free pear pistachio macha cake
The waitress is very attentive and the setting is cocooning ☁️✨
Brunch with friends this morning, consistent dish, fresh produce and good food. Congratulations to the team, the service with pleasant people.
Little extra which is a huge one for me: offering gluten-free dishes
Thank you for this great moment when we left with full bellies.
Very good GLUTEN FREE pizza!! Just order 24 hours in advance, the other guests also liked their pizzas. The room is rather noisy, difficult to have a conversation.
Delicious food, very tasty. Great service, very friendly. Our gluten-free diet was taken into account and we were even informed whether they should take other allergies into account. In other restaurants we experienced a deep sigh, but here it was not too much. The food was served quickly. We arrived right at opening time and were able to eat here without a reservation. If you arrive later, it is necessary to make a reservation, because this bistro is very popular (and rightly so). The ambiance is also very nice and not to forget: the wine was delicious! Highly recommended!
Reservation for a car rally, everything went well.
The welcome, the quality of the service and the pizzas.
Gluten-free pizzas on request are quite rare!
I recommend!!
Great staff, Great Coffee (with Oat and Coconut milk alternatives), and lovelly cakes and bowls with gluten-free options.
4 of us travelling from Melbourne Australia, which has a very strong coffee culture, and this is the best coffee we have had in France.
Each time I pass, I enjoy it. Recipes adapted for gluten-free diets - which is rare. Quality ingredients and a trip for the taste buds guaranteed: go for it!
Magnificent site, breathtaking view of the Erlon pkace and the walks, refined cuisine, impeccable service. No complaints. Adaptable to gluten-free, even the children's menu.
Finally a beautiful and comfortable place where you can find delicious gluten-free options! Brunch, a dirty side and a chocolate brownie on today's menu! Tremendous ! I recommend!
Visited for a dinner for two. We were welcomed by a relatively badly styled place and a polite but not English speaking personnel. My girlfriend insisted that these are signs of a good Italian restaurant. She was 100% right.
We ordered two dishes and a dessert. One was a gluten free version of their ragout pasta, which contained three meats. Amazing.
The other was a pasta which I can’t translate but it contained anchovies, broccoli and some other greens. It literally blew my mind. I am not a big fan of Italian food because I -mistakenly- thought it lacks variety. This place singlehandedly changed my mind.
We finished our meal with an incredible tiramisu. Also, their glasses of wine, both the red and white, are pretty good.
Super highly recommended. Yes it’s a bit pricey but also you’re in Strasbourg, you won’t mind.
The food is good, but unfortunately I still can't recommend the restaurant because many dishes on the menu are marked as gluten-free and that's why we chose this restaurant, but it turned out on site that this wasn't the case. There is no gluten-free alternative for starters that are served with bread, for the main course it is unclear whether the sauces are gluten-free and, according to service, the fries may be contaminated. All in all, very disappointing for someone who has to eat gluten free and is happy because of the labeling on the menu.
This place was recommended by our host and it was really tasty. It had 3 gluten free dishes, we tried 2 of them and they did not disappoint. The waitress was mega friendly and the price was reasonable - 2 mains, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine for €80. It might benefit from ditching its football theme, cos the food was enough of a pull.
My husband and I very much enjoyed our dinner here. I told them I had celiac disease and they were very accommodating of my gluten free request by changing the sauce on my lamb. Would definitely come back!
I fell in love with this restaurant found at the last minute, superb welcome with particular attention to my gluten intolerance, I was able to choose everything on the menu because they adapted from the starter to the dessert which is in generally quite rare. As for the quality, an explosion of flavor in the mouth, everything was fresh, worked, I recommend without hesitation!
Excellent brunch served at the table with quality products and cooked as they should be. The service is perfectly exemplary and our hosts even ran to their gluten-free bread supplier to serve some to my wife. The staff is ADORABLE and accommodates various intolerances or allergies.
The atmosphere is very warm, at the crossroads of an assembly refuge with mainly wooden decor and a student residence dining room.
For 25€ per adult, we are at the level of the very good Parisian "bobos" brunch (I assume I am one) which cost much more and for 10€ for a child under 10 years old, it's a steal !
I highly recommend.
Servers were well educated on the specials and their ingredients, which I appreciate as a gluten-free, dairy-free eater. They spoke English as well. Great food, great wine.
Went searching for a GF accommodating place while in the area. Found this gem. Other websites showed there were 300 5-star reviews.
Able to make a reservation and check off “sans gluten.” Also was able to talk to the owner regarding what I was allergic to specifically and that items could not “touch” one another.
This meal was out of the park. There is no menu only options of courses and adding on a wine pairing. The food was fresh, unique and so delicious. The wine paired with each course was also amazing.
The owners were accommodating and I felt very safe about the prep of my food.
Our experience was about 2.5 hours and we left feeling full and really happy with the evening.
Things to note: you MUST make a reservation. It is expensive. It is also fine dining and would not recommend it for children.
Being used to the place, I had never taken the time to write a review.
So what can I say, except that everything is at the top in this restaurant: the owners are adorable, take great care of the customers and deploy crazy energy to stand out and bring their establishment to life. The team is adorable, the good humor is there, the garden is a little corner of paradise and the cuisine is delicious, with lots of fresh and local products. Friday I tried the pulled pork and it was to die for!!!!!
And special diets (vegan, gluten-free) have their place.
Excellent value for money.
This restaurant is a must!!!!!!
Great brunch, quality and gargantuan. As always, with organic products, gluten-free, lactose-free. A little cabin for children. In short, it suits everyone 😃
Excellent time. The welcome was exceptional. The servers were very attentive, especially with someone allergic to gluten-free food. The dishes were tasty and very well presented. The setting, meanwhile, is magnificent!
Really great, surprise because with my illness I have to ban certain products and when I arrive at your home we offer plant-based milk Gluten-free products… well done
We are very happy with our experience, the server Nivick is very competent, being lactose and gluten intolerant, he was able to guide me on what I could eat, so thank you very much ✨
The environment is very nice, the food is decent but the service is terrible. We ordered a salad without croutons, specifying that my mother is very allergic to gluten, and they brought us a salad with croutons. My sailor waited 45 minutes to get a new salad. And the bill contained an error.
Excellent little brasserie serving alsatian food plus rosti and tarte flambee. Good beer and wine too. Offer a separate menu listing allergens like gluten in their menu items which was a great help for my spouse. Tight seating. They don't take reservations which is helpful when you find yourself in Colmar on a last minute day trip during Christmas markets like we did. Recommended.
Very good and beautiful cuisine, warm welcome, good wines... pleasant surprise to find a Vegan menu on the menu and the chef's availability to adapt his menu to gluten-free! Thank you a thousand times for this adaptability and for your inventive and refined cuisine!

Good. Our biggest concern as we have a coeliac child is the availability of secure gluten-free food, often difficult to find in restaurants in France. This restaurant was very happy to reassure us about options without gluten.
