My boyfriend and I came across this coffee by chance and we were not disappointed! We really appreciated the dishes offered which are different from what you generally see. You will find sweet and savory dishes, brunch options and many drinks! In addition, they are good products, for some vegans and/or gluten-free. The environment is very calm, very pleasant and uncluttered! The service is great, the team is pleasant. We recommend this place 🌼

I work in a workshop not far away and it's nice to stop there and be able to taste things where there is attention to allergens! 👍🏼 Avocado toasts and others can be served gluten-free, without the Hollandaise sauce which contains cream. It is valuable that in the kitchen, the person knows these issues of allergies and intolerances well. It's plentiful, and it's good. I also like to order matcha lattes with almond milk. The place is nice, with a small terrace too if the weather is nice. Why I don't give 5 stars: -It's not open in the evening. -And it's quite expensive. Thank you 🙂

What a great experience passing through Foix and no restaurant open on Sunday evening apart from pizzeria or kebab shop, this is the 3rd time we have used the services of Et Quelle Pas! Takeaway sales during the day but also in the evening a refrigerated vending machine offers varied and original salads, delicious cooked dishes and exquisite desserts. I am so happy to describe this place to you that I had the pleasure of tasting lentil sausage and my wife a salmon fillet with rice and a gluten-free almond cake. I highly recommend!!

A very friendly welcome accompanied by simple cuisine (omelet and fries), but delicious for each of the ingredients cooked. Great for gluten free, overall the food was stellar, but I did have to take lactaid since most of the hummus has dairy in it. The falafel and eggplant were some of the best I've had. We also got the sweet potato fries which were excellent. Also so many NA drinks, I was a little overwhelmed with the options and just got sparkling water but they had a ton of juices, teas, and sparkling options without alcohol..love to see it.

Great place! 100% vegan menu with gluten-free options (1.50 extra). The burgers are very tasty and really delicious, I was impressed by the taste of the "fake steak".

The place is nice, but the food isn't that great at all. We ordered two burgers with potatoes. The burger wasn't good: an overcooked and flavorless veggie patty, two very thin slices of tomato, and a thumb-sized slice of halloumi. The portions were clearly very meager, even for €15. The drinks are clearly overpriced for what's on offer. I really feel like the prices are justified by the veggie and gluten-free labels, to attract people. The other dishes may be better, but when I saw the plates next to them, it didn't seem so. Considering that the brunch menu is almost €30, for what's on offer, it's a long way off.

This is an ice cream parlor that cares about people with allergies. I am celiac and lactose intolerant, and in this ice cream parlor located near the entrance to the castle, it is possible to enjoy a treat in this small shop with its intimate and retro decor. Since I don't often eat good ice cream, I had a gluten-free cone and all the sorbet flavors on the menu, which is affordable for the quality of the products offered. It was truly delicious, the little macaron, also gluten-free, was the perfect little touch for this refreshing break. And the flower presentation makes the experience even more pleasant. My friends had an ice cream (chocolate among others) and a milkshake and also enjoyed themselves. I recommend this place where the servers are also great.

A magical place in this timeless place!! The dishes are as tasty as they are colorful, the grills are excellent and I'm not talking about the desserts, killer!!!! There is something for everyone since vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are offered on the menu...a super friendly team, like the smiling and warm owner. The icing on the cake is that the prices are very reasonable considering the quality and service.

Delicious gluten-free crepes made with buckwheat flour (sarraceno). The vegetarian crepes are spectacular and the homemade chocolate crepe with very good pistachio ice cream. Very cute place in the middle of town. The girl who served us was super friendly and nice. Highly recommended, we will repeat!

I'll only talk about the brunch here, as I've only tried that. Quality of products, variety, and attentive service. The only slight downside: the gluten-free bread is dry, and there are a few gluten-free options missing, both savory and sweet. However, I can't take away a star for such a small thing. It's a suggestion, and I hope it will be considered. We'll be back soon; in the meantime, I recommend it.

We were traveling south and had a stopover in Millau, we are lactose and gluten intolerant so I was delighted to potentially find a place that offered products that could suit us, but the lady refused to serve us (we wanted anything to take away, a chocolate, cake, something for breakfast) but under the pretext that we had not booked and that she did not do anything to take away we simply could not have anything for breakfast.
