A nice local pub in a good location with good gluten-free options. The food was good and nice local cider. The side veg was completely unseasoned, which was a bit disappointing. The beer garden was good but quite far to go back to the pub to order and also carried your own drinks. Parking space is not big but it was not too hard to find parking on the street nearby.

Really nice Sunday roast with the friendliest and welcoming staff. Clean, tidy and nicely laid out restaurant that made for a perfect Sunday afternoon. We were looked after by Katherine who was very friendly and helpful, nothing was an issue. They offered a completely separate gluten free menu. Highly recommend for an enjoyable Sunday roast spot.

I order vegan pasta which was really tasty. I personally would enjoy more vegetables inside, but generally was really good 👍 the service was good and fast. They have gluten free and vegan option, which is really good for people with intolerance.

My wife & I came to the Fox & Hounds with our dog Barney & received a very warm welcome when we entered. I have difficult dietary requirements as I am unable to have Cows Milk, gluten & meat but the kitchen were very well equipped & knowledgeable to make sure I was catered for. The food was out standing I had Gluten Free Pasta with Vine Tomato Confit, Toasted Pine Nuts & Goats Cheese & my wife very much enjoyed her dish of Glazed Ham Hock, Tripple Cooked Chips, Eggs & Spiced Pineapple Salsa. Great seeing a great selection of beers and ciders, I had the Jubel and my wife had a local ale which hit the spot..Very much recommend this true gem.
