It's tough to find a decent gluten free burger and this place delivers. They also have a separate fryer for the french fries so no cross contamination.
I wish they'd put away the to-go shipping boxes. Looks a little like a warehouse. Booths are a little...rustic.
These wood-fired pizzas are custom-made and done well. The gluten free option is one of the better gluten free pies I’ve had. The staff are really friendly and work extra hard to accommodate your requests. The interior is no frills but clean and inviting enough. Next time I’ll try the gelato, also!
Wonderful place that I visit every time I am anywhere near the area! Everything I've ever tried is delicious, and the coffee is truly the best I've ever had. You must try the gluten-free cheese biscuits - out of this world. Super nice people - I leave with a smile on my face every time.
Love love love this pizza! Best in Woodstock! Their gluten free, cauliflower is INCREDIBLE. Everyone who works there are so friendly and I just really love them.
We have a member of our party with food allergies. The server, Cody, wrote this list down to speak with the chef about. Upon returning to the table, he says all they can do is a "gluten free pizza without cheese". The allergy list did not include wheat or gluten. In further discussion, Cody basically implied that food allergy means "no gluten" and this is allegedly is per their chef.
How can a chef not understand that food allergy can be something other than gluten?
Needless to say, we left because this lack of understanding leads to dangerous mistakes.
Just sadly disappointed.
We called in a super complicated takeout ordertonight with massive customization from no bun for a gluten allergy to specific toppings on each Burger. James who answered the phone was beyond polite and professional. Every burger was exactly right and we enjoyed the whole experience. Even when I use ubereats the food is always above par. Thank you crew for a tasty dinner for my family and friends.
The staff at this location are amazing. I cannot have any gluten (including cross-contact), & every time I let the staff know they immediately go wash their hands & change gloves. Today, a worker touched my bowl with dirty gloves after it was prepared & they were happy to remake it for me to ensure it was safe for me to eat. I was timid to ask, but the cashier assured me saying, “We would rather remake it so you don’t get sick, it’s not worth it.” This is one of the very few places I feel safe eating & my visit today only solidified that decision. Thank you to the staff & we will be back!
If you are in the mood for Greek then this place is for you! I thought it was good! The owner was the star of the show! She helped me find gluten free options and worked with my cravings! I really enjoyed their feta dip and their hummus was some of the best I have had. Their baba ghanoush was not what I am used to but it was good. I don’t think you can go wrong by eating here!
It is a little bit pricy and the chicken I got wasn’t what I would consider Greek chicken like a Kabob and I had to pay more to substitute for it since I couldn’t have gyro meat due to allergy.
Absolutely the best pizza around! I also love their garlic rolls, so make sure you order a few of those as well! I took one of my good friends here who has celiac because I saw they had a gluten free crust option. She said it was one of the best and crispiest gluten free crusts she's ever tried. Highly recommend!
In town visiting family and had a last minute dinner that was one of the highlights of the trip. Food and service were great. Our server, Noelle went above and beyond bringing out THE MOST delicious almond cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. He has celiac and this was by far one of the BEST gf cakes we’ve had. You should order this cake regardless of dietary restrictions (albeit nuts) because it is just that good. I’m still thinking about it days later. Thank you Noelle <3
It's one of our favorite places to eat in and around Woodstock! Our 9yo son loves it too! Family friendly, plenty of gluten-free and vegan options, and fresh food made by an amazing family!
My wife and I decided to come here with less than an hour until they closed. I feared that being so close to closing time that the food might not be fresh so close to closing. I was completely wrong. First we walked in and the restaurant was very clean. We were greeted by some very nice younger ladies. They answered a couple of questions and we ordered. Less than 3-4 minutes later, our food arrived at outlet table. My wife is Gluten-Free and they had GF bread. She ordered the “Pick 2” and got a Half sandwich/Half salad combo. I got the Reuben and Mac-n-cheese. They food came out very fresh and portions were plenty. Quality of the food was excellent and the staff were very nice. We’ll definitely come back here.
The Gluten Free Kosmic Karma Pizza is fantastic. My wife is gluten free, the glutens will kill her, so by default most everything I end up eating is gluten free and not all of it is so good. But this pizza is eat even if I went by myself. It’s that good. Add the big salad and you have a killer lunch. Everyone that works there is always happy and seems sincere when they ask about you.
Eden’s treats are always healthy with no sugar or gluten. I can feel good about what I eat and there’s so many yummy good choices! They are friendly and the environment is always a great meeting space.
I have celiac disease, so when I found out Bizarre has gluten free options that are safe I was so excited!! Tina and Tess always go out of their way to ensure any food item I order is safe! Also the drinks are always incredible thanks to Maddie, Taylor, and Gabby!! Going to Bizarre is always a treat because of the wonderful staff!
I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s many times, and I’ve never had a bad experience, but this time, the older guy behind the counter (James, i think) was SO insanely rude. he started off by rolling his eyes when I requested gluten free bread (allergy, not preference). huffed and puffed the entire time. He made my sandwich, and then when I asked for toppings (GOD FORBID, right??) he says is there ANYTHING else?? … and practically threw my sandwich across the counter. He was even yelling at the other girl working while they’re were other customers present. i will not be back to this location
We really enjoyed our experience here -- the food was delicious, and there are Gluten Free options, which is a huge deal since I'm celiac. All the meats, all the sauces, and most of their sides are all GF! There is a fun outdoor seating area, if you don't mind swatting away a bunch of flies and probably getting bit by mosquitoes and ants, but I tend to get bit wherever I go, so take that with a grain of salt 🤷♀️
Overall, we thought everything was super delicious! I had the brisket and boy, was it yummy!
