The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly as well as knowledgeable. It's a rare thing for a restaurant to have a dedicated fryer for those with celiac.
This was lovely. As a human with gluten intolerance it gets old feeling like I have to apologize for asking what the ingredients are and explaining why and what half the time in restaurants. Here, everything is clearly marked, our waiter asked about preferences right up front and was able to say what menu items to avoid and how other menu items could be easily modified. He was fantastic. The food and cocktails were delicious as was the ambience.
Generally, Blaze Pizza as a brand offers good product. However, this location is jarringly inferior to other options in the area. I tried this location once on 1/24/2025 and will not repeat my visit. Here's why:
When I appeared on-time to collect my mobile order, my order showed on Blaze's app as already having been collected, so naturally I inquired with the staff. The staff proceeded to present me with what seemed like two-thirds of my order: two pizza boxes. I presented proof that I also ordered cheesy bread. To the staff's credit, the attendant made the cheesy bread for me reasonably well and quickly. I was thankful for this as Blaze was jam-packed and incredibly chaotic. I then went home confidently with what I thought was my order (given that Blaze Pizza had never done me wrong previously).
When I got home, I realized that for some reason my two pizza boxes contained one pizza and one cheesy bread along with a cheesy bread box containing the cheesy bread I had the staff make. Neither I nor the staff caught a pizza box containing cheesy bread and not pizza. As for my one pizza, it was missing several toppings. So, I was shortchanged an entire pizza and my one pizza was incorrectly made. The value of the extra cheesy bread I mistakenly received was worth half that of a gluten-free pizza, so the extra cheesy bread mistake didn't begin to right any wrongs. To top it all off, I complained to Blaze Pizza that very night online and, one week removed, Blaze has clearly ghosted me.
The very next day, my household got Blaze Pizza at another location where we didn't have problems and never have. This location is a poor reflection upon the brand and doesn't seem to be run responsibly at all.
Service and atmosphere of the bar was great! Very nice people. The regular bread sliders were pretty good (I'm told). The gluten free bread was just okay. Taste and texture akin to an undercooked homemade biscuit, but it was certainly better than no option at all! We had banana pork, halloumi, and venison & pork. The pork was the standout - very good! I can only imagine how delicious the pork belly is. They have gf fryers for the tators and fries, but everything else is fried in the shared fryer. There were a couple options that were technically gf but were in the shared fryer; so they were cross contaminated. Service staff were great! They answered all my questions and were very accommodating. Not sure why Google lists this as a "new American" restaurant. It seems to very clearly be a Nordic restaurant of some sort...?
The food here is fantastic! The outdoor seating is nice. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but it more than made up for it when it arrived. The gluten free options are also a plus!
This is definitely my favorite location. Kaitlyn is the sweetest most angelic server to ever exist and she was very accommodating with my gluten sensitivity!

This is a chain taco place in the lobby of a MOXY hotel (Marriott?). Food is good. Order from kiosk. Big bar. Hip modern trendy interior to match hotel.
Got breakfast tacos - corn tortillas, gluten free gf per server. Got one of each of the two kinds, they were both good.
$5 per taco is a bit much as the portions are small. Not the best value for money, but good stuff.
Bamboo can take all my money. Just take it. Their gluten free donuts are to die for. I think about them all the time. They’re so crunchy and delicious. And their coffee and matcha… wow. I had their pandan coffee which is one of their summer flavors. I didn’t know what pandan was. Well I love it.

Shelby (with the awesome hair) was our server on our first visit. She helped us pick menu items that could be adjusted to be gluten-free, and she was spot-on about the amount of food two ladies needed for lunch. Appreciated that!

I had only been to Impellizzeri's once, may years ago, but I've had to avoid gluten for the past 19 years so my pizza options can be limiting. Impellizzeri's was a killer experience. The Bianco on a gf crust, grassfed meatballs, and the antipasto salad were all perfect. The staff was super friendly and it was a great dining experinece. Would recommend and will definitely be back.
I love Reuban sandwiches and they not only had it on their menu, but they also have gluten-free bread. (Win'win1😁) The sandwich was delicious. The fries were not hot. In fact, they were barely warm. I would try this restaurant again.
Blaze Pizza offers a truly enjoyable dining experience, blending quality ingredients, customization, and a vibrant atmosphere that makes it stand out in the crowded world of pizza chains. From the moment you walk into the restaurant, you're greeted with a modern, clean, and inviting space that sets the tone for the meal ahead. The open kitchen design allows customers to watch as their pizzas are crafted right in front of them, adding an element of excitement and transparency to the process. The fresh, contemporary feel of the restaurant complements the fast-casual dining experience, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and quick bites with friends or family.
One of the highlights of Blaze Pizza is the level of customization it offers. Unlike many traditional pizza chains, Blaze lets you build your own pizza from the crust up, choosing from a variety of fresh toppings, sauces, and cheeses. Whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, or vegan, the range of options ensures that there is something for everyone. The ability to craft a pizza exactly to your preferences is a huge draw, and the interactive process makes the experience more personal and enjoyable. Furthermore, Blaze’s crust options, such as gluten-free and cauliflower, make it an inclusive dining option for those with dietary restrictions.
The speed at which Blaze Pizza prepares its food is another aspect that contributes to the positive experience. In just about three minutes, your custom pizza is baked in a high-temperature oven, ready to be enjoyed. This quick turnaround means that you don’t have to wait long, even during busy times, which is perfect for those on the go. The speed of service also enhances the overall efficiency of the dining experience, allowing customers to enjoy a fresh, hot meal without unnecessary delays.
In addition to the food itself, Blaze Pizza creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere that encourages social interaction. The restaurant design is spacious yet cozy, with an energetic vibe that fosters a relaxed environment. It’s the kind of place where you can bring friends or family and feel comfortable while enjoying your meal. The friendly staff further elevates the experience, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that every customer feels valued. The overall ambiance makes dining at Blaze a pleasant experience that’s both casual and enjoyable.
Finally, the affordability of Blaze Pizza makes it an excellent choice for a quality dining experience without breaking the bank. For a reasonable price, customers receive a fresh, personalized pizza that rivals many higher-end pizza places. The balance of quality, customization, and cost-effectiveness makes Blaze Pizza a fantastic option for those looking to enjoy great food without sacrificing value. Whether you’re a pizza enthusiast or just looking for a quick, delicious meal, Blaze Pizza consistently delivers an experience worth returning for.
We both enjoyed our meal. My wife was really excited to know they had gluten-free buns! Having that accommodation is helpful to her and so many others. The customer service was great and Jaylen was so kind!
It was very busy the Sunday afternoon we were there. They need not seem prepared to have that many people there. Before lunch I went to the bathroom and immediately noticed a very strong stank, sewage smell. I looked around the bathroom was really dirty.
During the meal our server was not very attentive while taking our order and it took a long time for refills and to get our check.
All in all the food was pretty good. It always seems like they’re very sparing in the pizza toppings for the gluten free pizzas.
Happy hour is well worth it if you can make it which I believe is from 3pm-6pm! The 80/20 burger was good only thing is my bun started falling apart and I had to use my knife and fork to finish it. It may have been because it was a gluten free bun? I’m not sure, but the burger was yummy overall! Zero complaints with the white cheddar grits though, delicious!
This was our first time at a Carrabbas in 20 years. Having Celiac I was impressed with how many gluten free options they had. I got the pollo Rosa Maria and it was very salty. The manager walked by and asked how our meal was and I mentioned it was great but over salted. I love salty food but even for me it was a lot. I was surprised that she comped my meal and offered to get me something else. I still ate most of it and used the mashed potatoes to cover up the saltiness.
The ambiance and cleanliness was great! Our server didn’t seem like he liked his job very much and his tone made it sound like he was bored and didn’t love his job. My husband even cracked a joke about it after he took our order.
All in all, I think we’ll go back again to try it out another time.
Came in for Easter. Everything was perfect, love the gluten free bread. Friendly service and fast! My entire family was in and out in 45 minutes with reservation.

Visit # 3, we went today to use our inkind app cash back and to try the gluten free desserts by the Silly Axe Cafe as I have to have GF. The GF pina colada tiramisu was good but a very small portion for $9. We also got the cookies and cream cake slice for $9. Do not get this. It tastes awful. I know the GF desserts can have a different taste and I'm used to it but this was not good. Stay with the pina colada tiramisu.
Visit # 2, was with our kids and they liked the golf.
Visit# 1, First time trying South Seas. It was my husband's birthday today so we wanted something new. Everything was great! Drinks were awesome, a little pricy though. I had the Blue Hawaiian and Miami Vice. My husband had 2 of the beers on tap. Bartender was very knowledgeable. He was great to chat with. Queso and chips app was really good. Husband had the Cali double burger and I had the Duke breakfast.
I really enjoyed the food! The service was kind of slow because it was only one waiter for my party of 20! But I appreciated the gluten free options for my friends. I would definitely visit again. Only negative is the bourbon maple syrup had way too much bourbon…if you’re a bourbon person, then you’ll like it. I didn’t it.
UPDATE*
I have a severe gluten allergy. They gave me food with a pita on it so I brought it back to be remade. They kept me waiting on a bench for 15 minutes while they removed the pita from the original plate and gave the food back to me!! I know this is the original food because it’s ice cold from sitting in my fridge until I had a break to bring it back. They intentionally gave back the old food with cross-contamination and served it to someone they knew has a severe gluten allergy!!!! I did not realize this because I ate the salad before trying the chicken.
This could hospitalize me or cause me to pass out unexpectedly. I have gluten ataxia and this could literally dissolve a part of my brain tomorrow.
I absolutely want to be contacted by the owner because this could cause major harm and is unacceptable behavior for a restaurant. I’ve never seen anybody do this before it is outrageous.
***
My order was messed up so I called them over the phone. The woman who took my call was rude and derogatory.
“Honey, honey, honey, I’m working here. Don’t waste my time.”
I’ve never been spoken to so poorly by any employee in any industry. I want to be contacted by the owner.
Chick-fil-A is always fast, friendly, and oh-so-helpful. I have a very limited diet (gluten, dairy, and egg free) and they always go above and beyond to accommodate my allergy needs. My son begs for Chick-fil-A when asked where he would like to have lunch, and I don't feel as guilty taking him here as I would other "fast food" restaurants because of the healthy options available. The staff is polite and always ready to serve you with a smile. If only all fast food ran so smoothly...
My wife and I had MozzaPi cater our wedding and we could not imagine doing it any other way! Kevin was so easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and the mobile pizza oven was a huge hit - a guest favorite for sure! The food was fantastic and the MozzaPi staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our vegetarian and gluten free guests were able to enjoy great pizza!
Deserves every 5 star review on here. The Reuben is amazing. House chips are the best I’ve had. Gluten Free bread if you need it. Very accommodating and friendly staff.
Wish I had taken a picture of the menu. It looks like it has been updated and several items have GF next to them. Ate there on Sunday and it was yummy.
We were in town for an art fair and were looking for something local that had gluten free options. Lou Lou came up when we searched online and I'm so glad it did! I had the crawfish étouffée and enjoyed every last bite. My celiac mom had the seasonal salad with shrimp, which I tried as well, and we were blown away. So so good, haven't stopped thinking about it since! The service was super quick and they were a delight (Joe did some magic tricks for us). Would love to return and try out more of their items, plus a few drinks, next time around!
One of our favorite pizza places. They have a good gluten free pizza. And their calzones are awesome.
Salads aren't the best, but overall worth a visit!
I am in love with their gluten-free crust. It is crispy and very close to what a regular for crust feels and tastes like. They always ask me if it is because of an allergy, and since it is, it's very important to me that they take this allergy seriously. Such a variety of toppings and styles of pizza. Service is always good!
The food, service, and outside seating area was great. We enjoyed the flavorful food and lemonades. Clean restrooms and interior as well as exterior. The menu offers many Gluten Free and Vegetarian options. Definitely a new favorite.
