The fish and vegetables on the main course tasted like it had been cooked in a microwave. The fish was dried out and crunchy the vegetables were dried out and undercooked. The salad was good but nothing special. The soup was good but nothing to rave about. Service was good atmosphere was mediocre but it's not meant to be fancy. First time here but it was very disappointed with the microwaved fish and broccoli. Anyone who would cook something like that and serve it to a customer is an amateur. Was glad they had gluten-free options but they just need to prepare their food better. It's a lot of cash to spend on something that was not very edible.
It’s a wonderful place the food is great, free menu, which is excellent for me because I have celiac they take good care to make sure that there is no gluten in my food. Wonderful atmosphere.
Had an amazing meal here!! They serve Southern Indian food for lunch and Northern Indian food for dinner. The platter came with the perfect sample of several vegetarian dishes and roti. Can be served vegan or gluten free as needed. Would highly recommend!
Their bowls are amazing! The food is usually consistent in quality and portions and the pricing is fair. I prefer to get food to-go as it is a cafeteria vibe with bright lighting, but overall if you do eat there, it's clean and typically quiet. The Patagonia bowl plus chicken is my favorite! I am gluten free and the kitchen is 100% gluten free so no worries.
Morgan was our waiter and they made the entire experience. Friday nights make for a busy atmosphere but he did an amazing job with balancing keeping our drinks full and fries replenished while letting me and a friend play catch up. The food was amazing and this place is locked in as a Gluten Free burger safe zone.
I have celiac disease and follow a strict gluten free diet. I’m always nervous about going to places that primarily make gluten-containing foods, but my partner was really craving pizza so I gave it a shot. I am happy to report I did not get sick! Their gluten free crust was so good that I had to call the server over to double check that it was gluten free. We absolutely loved the chill and eclectic ambiance of the place and the food was delicious. We waited a while for our pizza, but we also ordered wings and a salad and those came out beforehand. They brought the wings (so dang good btw) out and we finished them completely before they brought out the salad, and finished the salad completely before they brought out the pizza. This may annoy some people as I think some people like to have some things at the same time, but we didn’t mind at all as we were not in a hurry and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We also got some cider and beer on tap and loved that as well. We will absolutely go back!
We ordered a gluten-free pizza and I'm not sure if they fully ignored the "gluten-free" part or if there was cross-contamination somewhere, but it was not at all a gluten-free pizza. It triggered the worst reaction I've ever had and I'm still in pain now, almost a week later. I can't even say that the pizza was worth it; the toppings were alright but the crust was mediocre and the whole thing was over-priced. Absolutely miserable experience.
Delicious personalized(so many options!) gluten-free pizza! clean restaurant ,nice staff …first time here and will definitely be stopping anytime I’m around one
Being someone who cannot have dairy or gluten, pizza is a tough one to find. Blaze has both options! Add hot honey as a topping you won't be disappointed.
Hit up Squeeze In on our way back from Tahoe before flying out of Reno airport.
With dietary restrictions part of our daily routine we found this place had plenty of gluten free options.
Server was attentive and polite. Closed out our check with a POS system right at the table which was nice.
I had the burger and it was cooked as requested. Got the fried egg addition to elevate the meal. Fries were crisp and seasoned.
Spouse, gluten free, got the southwest bowl with carne asada. Pico didn’t come initially but the server brought it within seconds.
Had the Mango tajin mimosa to start and it was so good. Could’ve had plenty more if I didn’t have to travel out.
Recommend this place.
A wonderful deli in South Reno. It's very popular so if you're there between 12-1pm, expect a little bit of a longer wait time for food. However it's not really that bad and I would recommend for all. They are great for those with food allergies as they have many delicious options. My wife prefers their gluten free focaccia bread if you get a sandwich. I love the Dutch Crunch! They have indoor or outdoor seating and its shaded on hot days. Enjoy!
Most comfortable restaurant chair ever! The fries were gluten free and amazing. Not a fan of the chicken tacos. creme brulee is the best I have found in Reno. Also, creme brulee is big enough for 2 people
Wait was very long on a Saturday, but the food was delicious. I had the Huevos Montana. Salsa had a bit of heat, but good flavor. I liked the gluten free indicated items. Hash browns could have been crispier.
What a great new place!!
The owner is so engaged with all aspects of his business. The team is courteous and patient.
We are celiac so gluten free is a must for us …this is now a favorite ❤️
The food is FRESH and the restaurant including the restrooms are very clean.
I think this was the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had and they even had gluten free alternatives!! Definitely will be back the breakfast potatoes were amazing and it’s a very beautiful location
I heard that they had gluten-free options, but my family has some Celiac in it, so I volunteered as the guinea pig, and there have been zero issues. Again, they really mean it. Multiple visits, not even any cross contamination symptoms. They really mean it. They went and added a fast food place I can actually take my son. I'm sincerely grateful.

Would not recommend ordering a sandwich with gluten free bread. Wife got it to the park and opened it up and the thing literally fell apart. Maybe they should just not offer it if it won’t stay together. We called and they offered to remake it but we didn’t see how that would solve the problem so we got a refund so that was decent of them.
Great food, menu has a lot of variety. Gluten free options were plentiful. The only downside was water pitcher on tables were filled with warm water. Who drinks warm water with their meal? Bathroom a little trashy and one toilet wouldn't flush.
This is our go to for pizza! EVERY TIME! It’s absolutely delicious!!! We love giving them our business since they are such sweet and kind people and provide excellent service every time. We eat in or pick up pizza just about weekly and they never disappoint and always satisfy our taste buds and our bellies. We LOVE that they have a gluten-free crust option. It’s so good!! Our favorite pizza flavors are robbers roost with white sauce and bbq chicken.
Dining in is lovely too. Very spacious with a clean and nice atmosphere and awesome that they have beer on top as well as wine available.
Love these guys!
This little hot dog restaurant is inside the Smithridge Center mall. It is right next door to Toys R US and Honey Yougurt My bestie told me all about the pulled pork tater tots with cheese. OMG these are divine!! I got mine extra crispy. I do think I would added some onions to them next time. These were enough to fill me up.
My husband got a unique hot dog called the Aloha addict. It had a mango salsa. He said it tasted different. I don't think he is use to eating meat with fruit. Next time he said he would try something else. The hot dog was of average size and the price was reasonable. The flavor the the sausage was yummy he said.
We both got what looks like "State Fair" fresh squeezed lemonade. The taste will take you back to memories of your childhood. Yummo!!
There is a menu of different hot dogs or sausages. They also have a special of the month that comes with a hot dog, drink and tater tots. They have gluten free buns and a veggie delight, sliders and wings. Friendly environment and service!
Really nice staff and considerate kitchen. They were able to make the nachos gluten free on special order and arguably they were the best in reno for 2024.
What a terrific meal. The staff was terrific, food excellent, and Sabrina came out to help my wife with a special gluten-free meal. Thank you so much to everyone. Definitely a great place!!!!!
Sometimes this is the best authentic Mexican north of the border and other times it is just above average for the area. They have been able to handle gluten allergies without fail ( soft corn taco shells) on their popular combo but messed up a fairy allergy ( cheese on the side of beans on the combo two weeks ago). The nice thing is there is no dairy on tacos by default ( you would have to request sour cream or cheese)
I’m Asian and crave Chinese food often and was having a hard time finding a restaurant in Reno to the caliber I’m used to, being from LA… but this place sure hits the spot. Everything we’ve tried so far has been delicious. We’ve dined in and ordered takeout, and the quality did not decline. We’ve ordered mapo tofu with pork, fish with black bean sauce, fried tofu and veggies, Mongolian beef, sesame beef, egg drop soup. Gluten free options are available too. Highly recommend. Only issue is, they do close from 3-4pm daily it seems (which isn’t listed on Google) so we’ve gone there twice on different days of the week at that time and was unable to eat!
My husband and I love this place! The food is so fresh and the variety is incredible. Almost every dish can be made gluten free & vegan. The staff is kind and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and kid friendly. I love bringing my family here. We always leave with full tummies and joyful hearts!
Stumbled across this place on my way back from Lake Tahoe and so glad I did. We met the man who I assume is the owner, but he makes all the ice cream from scratch. I have celiac disease so cannot have gluten and he was so accommodating-shared how he made flavors, what was in each, and even took a picture of the label of an ingredient for me to check out. I felt safe and confident eating here with his guidance and support. Thank you for a wonderful experience
We ate dinner here a few nights ago and had a good experience overall. I follow a very strict gluten free diet for medical reasons, and felt like the staff was very knowledgeable of what I could and could not have on their menu. I got a poké bowl with tofu and loved it. My partner (not gluten free) got a combo plate (pictured) and felt the short ribs, while flavorful, were excessively fatty and chewy. That was our only complaint and the reason I’m giving four stars and opposed to five. He would not order the short ribs again but would be willing to try something else. He loved the chicken and the sides.
