This is so annoying. I bought gluten-free bread made on 05/14. I put it in the freezer. On 05/26 it was already all moldy. What a disappointment. When frozen, the label says it lasts 3 months.

Very good pizza. I have celiac disease and I approve of the quality and flavor. I usually order a lot from Vila Madalena and I get very good service. I have been receiving bad service from the Vila Clementino branch, where I have been a customer since 2018. In addition to delivering the wrong pizza, they exchanged it (I returned the pizza) and the correct one came very poorly made, without any care and with little toppings. There was no apology and they do not respond to WhatsApp messages either.

After that, on my birthday, I invited my family to go to the all-you-can-eat restaurant that was held here in my city in Joinville, and again our experience was bad. The pizzas took a long time to be served and were cold. And about 2 weeks ago, I insisted on going to the all-you-can-eat restaurant that opened here in Joinville again. The pizzas took about 15 minutes to be served, they arrived cold and I noticed that they were reheated, not fresh. The pizzas on the menu didn't even come in all flavors, and at the end they asked if there was any flavor we would like to try. The place is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere, but the service and all-you-can-eat menu leave something to be desired.

Terrible service. I gave up and left. I went there last Monday, June 30th, with my boyfriend, and honestly, it was the last straw. I always went to the restaurant because of the gluten-free options, but the service, which was already bad, keeps getting worse. The waitresses are always unfriendly, without a smile on their faces, with an unfriendly expression, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. In addition, their slovenliness in their appearance draws attention: messy hair, unkempt clothes, an expression of someone who seems to not want to be there. This time, I wasn't even served. I went in with my umbrella (dry, by the way, since it was just drizzling), stood in front of the counter and the waitress, a short girl, who I've seen working there for a long time, just looked me up and down, paying more attention to the umbrella than to me. She didn't even say "good afternoon", didn't ask if I needed help, absolutely nothing. I felt so bad about that cold reception and those dirty looks that I gave up on eating anything and left. And the most unbelievable thing: she saw us leaving and didn't even ask if there was a problem or if I needed anything. It's sad, because it was the only place in Santos where I could find some gluten-free options, but I'm not going to spend my money in a place where I'm not treated well. On top of everything, the waitresses don't even have badges or identification, which makes communication and direct feedback even more difficult. I work in employee training and development and I think it's unacceptable for a company to allow this type of service to happen. Either the company provides adequate training for these waitresses or, if there's no improvement, the right thing to do would be to replace them. Customer service is the calling card of any business and, in this case, it's terrible. Unfortunately, as long as these people remain in the service, my boyfriend and I won't be going back. Never again.

I was there today and loved the menu, the number of options and the service! I went with my boyfriend who is celiac, I am not and even so it did not disappoint in any way, the pizza was well served and very tasty, the mini-churros were also very tasty. I would like to highlight the great service of the attendant who works at the checkout and also when delivering the dishes, unfortunately I do not know her name, but we went in the evening and she was there. I was so excited to try gluten-free pizza! I came from São Paulo and when we arrived, the place DID NOT EXIST!!! We looked for the address, tried to call and NOBODY ANSWERED. The place no longer exists and has been replaced by an ice cream shop. Please be considerate of the customer and update your Google profile so that everyone knows that the establishment IS CLOSED. For anyone interested in gluten-free pizza, I recommend Pizzaria Bonelli (it's only 5 minutes away from the supposed location, which does not exist)

I placed an order in advance to receive celiac guests at home and, unfortunately, the pizza was delayed by more than an hour beyond the stipulated delivery time. This situation has happened before, especially on weekends, and the justification is always the same: “it’s Friday”. We understand that demand may be higher, but that does not exempt us from the responsibility of meeting the deadline stated at the time of ordering. We are dealing with people who have dietary restrictions and cannot simply wait for another option. It is very frustrating to go through this type of inconvenience repeatedly at a time that should be a time for celebration. We expect more commitment, respect for the customer and improvements in service.

I was excited to try this place as it was gluten free and I am celiac, as well as it had good reviews. First we went and they said they were not serving people but only take out or delivery. So we said we wanted to put in an order for takeout. They said they would not take our order unless we downloaded the delivery app. We tried but because we don't have a Brazilian phone number we couldn't use the app. So they said we couldn't order. Thankfully one of the delivery boys was kind enough to let us use his phone and ask the owner to make an exception. The woman taking the order was extremely rude. Actually seemed angry and was not kind at all. The pizza itself was okay. I have had many gluten-free pizzas around the world and this was not a pizza. This was more like a flat wrap with different types of toppings. ⁰ there was no crispness to it, It folded, like a wrap. There was almost no cheese on it. There was no sauce on it and in fact they gave us ketchup, which I thought was strange at first , but now after having eaten it I understand why. Because without the ketchup there is very little taste. I don't live in Rio, so I will never go back. Even if I lived in Rio, I would not go back.

I am celiac and the place is safe and free from gluten cross-contamination, both for eating in and ordering at home. The delivery person is exclusive and his bag is heated so that the pizza arrives hot. The traditional dough is very hard and I don't like it. My recommendation is to choose the chickpea dough (it's more like a traditional dough) or the banana dough (thinner and crispier and not sweet, it's also perfect). People who compare prices don't take into account the fact that it's gluten-free. At least in the city, there is no other option free of contamination other than Pizza For Fun. The flavor and fillings are of great quality and if you buy using their app, you get cashback and several promotions. They have gluten-free dough and there are also gluten-free drinks on site.
