We had dinner for the first time last night, welcomed very well, very friendly staff (we laughed during the whole dinner), attentive and always ready, we seemed to be at a friend's house. The food was excellent, we ate everything gluten-free, everything was amazing from the seafood appetizer to the culurgiones and the fried food, even the tiramisu... Top!!! Highly recommended!!! AMAZING ♥️ Everything here is gluten free. Homemade pizza dough which I had to double check was actually gluten free because it was soooo good. Like THE best pizza I’ve ever eaten. To have a choice and not have to worry was incredible. Would eat here forever 🌟

Welcoming place with a view directly on the beach where you can contemplate the sea. The quality of the products is of a high level. Since my husband is celiac, this place is a safe bet because it is certified. Very kind staff and available to recommend dishes and wine. Mrs. Roberta very professional and empathetic. The best gluten free pizza I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I’ve been gluten intolerant for close to 20 years now, and in all of my life of eating both gluten and gluten free pizza I have never come across anything that was this good. The crust was pillowy where it needed to be and the base of the pizza thin but strong enough to manage to hold itself in a fold. Their pizza toppings may not be traditional but instead they’re creative and culinary adventures. All of the staff is friendly, kind, and incredibly attentive. The restaurant is extremely knowledgeable on food allergies and can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerances very well. Do not forget to visit this restaurant if you are in Sardinia. I’m talking about anywhere in Sardinia. It will be worth your trip to Sassari just to visit this restaurant. Do not be alarmed by the restaurant being located next to a Burger King or a McDonald’s, I guarantee you that it’ll be the best gluten free pizza experience you will ever have.

Very large and beautiful place, very kind and helpful staff. The vegan sandwich wasn't great, we then returned after a few evenings and took several pizzas with mushrooms that were really delicious, even the gluten-free one.

We were here for dinner and had pizzas and drinks: Both the classic and gluten-free pizzas arrived in less than 15 minutes, despite the rush hour. The classic pizzas sound delicious and in particular the gluten-free one, which arrived together with the others without delay, also exquisite. The restaurant/pizzeria with one of the best services and quality of food that I have found in Olbia. The staff is super attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised. The first impression was not good, especially due to the type of furniture, which does not suit my tastes. But this feeling didn't last long. Super organized pizzeria. From my table I could see the workbench and it was like watching a show. A practically perfect assembly line! I would like to point out that we were there on a Saturday evening (booked for 9pm) and despite it being peak time (especially for takeaway), after about 10/15 minutes, we were already eating... a pizza which was EXTRAORDINARY to say the least (even the gluten-free one was delicious). The dining room staff was super courteous and efficient. When we left I wanted to compliment the owner, but it wasn't possible because he was super busy working. I'm taking advantage of it now: congratulations! We will be back for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We order 4 pizzas (one of which is gluten-free) at 6.00pm for 9.00pm, at the time of collection we go to the pizzeria, we are told that gluten-free pizza cannot be cooked and that we should have taken it raw and cooked it At home. After asking for explanations we were told that the oven hadn't even been turned on and we were asked what we wanted to do, after having asked for at least the normal pizzas we were told that those weren't ready either. The order was probably never marked. We are told that normal pizzas could have been made at that time, but after answering no the girl also got annoyed. Is that any way to work?!

Very nice and unique place, very friendly staff. Very good pizzas, excellent dough, possibility of also having gluten free. Top ingredients. Worthy of note is the Yaya pizza with fried aubergines and fresh cherry tomatoes. Excellent desserts.

The pizza was great – wonderfully baked dough and perfectly seasoned. We also really appreciate the gluten-free option, that is really appreciated! We waited a little longer for our food, but the waiter apologized, which we appreciated. Overall, she seemed a little confused, but she was nice. Some of the dishes seemed a little more expensive than in other establishments with similar quality pizza, but we still enjoyed the evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it – especially if you want to soak up the pleasant evening atmosphere. We just recommend making a reservation in advance, otherwise you may have to wait up to 40 minutes for a seat.

Small restaurant in the center of S. Teresa di Gallura, they are prepared with GLUTEN FREE, they have several dishes safe for us celiacs, even though they specify (rightly) that they have only one kitchen. I ate there twice with my two-year-old daughter and they provided a high chair, a placemat with lots of drawings to color and oil pastels. She devoured some basic gnocchi and ricotta and I recommend the slice of fish of the day, it was excellent. I would go back!

We were attracted by the excellent reviews for us celiacs and by writing just a message on WhatsApp we were welcomed with great professionalism and courtesy, very attentive to our needs and without remembering it they welcomed us with the gluten-free menu. I returned to L’Antica Fortezza after learning that it had changed management… and I must say it was a more than positive surprise! The place has retained its charm, but the atmosphere is completely new, as is the completely revisited menu: rich, creative and built with a selection of fresh and local ingredients. There really is an embarrassment of choice for every type of palate. A huge plus is the attention to dietary needs: I found gluten-free options well indicated and prepared with care. The selection of local craft beers is also really wide and interesting, perfect to accompany any type of dish. Here you can come and eat whatever you want: fragrant pizza, light and crunchy fried foods, and above all fresh homemade pasta. Absolutely not to be missed are the paccheri, which are something exceptional: perfect consistency, rich toppings, and that genuine flavor that only pasta made with passion can give. Highly recommended! As if that wasn't enough, they also prepare artisanal ice cream, made by them: tasty, creamy, and a truly excellent way to end the meal. And for those who love to share, the cutting boards are a spectacle: abundant, well-finished and very varied, ideal for an aperitif or as a convivial appetizer. In short, L'Antica Fortezza has been able to reinvent itself in a big way: a new management that has brought passion, quality and a menu that manages to combine tradition and innovation. Absolutely worth trying!

The best gluten free pizza my partner has ever had! The owners wife is a coeliac so he made sure there was no contamination. There was also a choice of 3 different types of gluten free beer and gluten free desserts! For non-coeliacs there was amazing pizza (3 pages of choice on the menu) at reasonable prices and a with a friendly welcoming atmosphere.

Terrible experience. We ordered pizzas for home delivery and in addition to the excessive delay in delivery, we were delivered the WRONG gluten-free pizza. When we called to report it, the girl showed NO respect at all, laughing and was already aware of the mistake made before we pointed it out. In addition, the other pizzas seemed reheated and the chips were inedible. Never again, highly discouraged.

Service a bit slow, especially different waiting time in our case between the normal pizza and the gluten-free one.
