We came today for the first time and we ordered everything! Both the savory and sweet departments were delicious, a variety that even "classic" pastry shops and bakeries would envy, so much so that we couldn't believe it was all gluten-free. It seemed like a good quality/price ratio, and the person who served us was really friendly and kind. Excellent parking next to the place.
Really recommended as a reference in Pisa and the surrounding area for those who are celiac and lactose intolerant.
I don’t live in Italy so I think my pizza standards are lower, but this was the best gluten-free pizza I’ve had so far in my 2 year long gluten-free journey :)
We stumbled upon it by chance because it makes gluten-free pizza. We took both takeaway and ate in. Excellent pizza both with normal and gluten-free dough. Delicious, good ingredients and stringy mozzarella 💕 Informal environment, friendly waiters, excellent value for money. We have become regular customers. Thanks 😊
Delicious pizza, brilliant service. We were very impressed. My husband was able to eat pizza for the first time in 6 years, because you can order gluten-free pizza in the restaurant. We highly recommend it, the best pizza we have ever eaten!
Excellent pizza, my daughter had the gluten free one and said it's the best pizza she had ever had!! Staff were very helpful and let me watch the pizza being made , giving me a few tips along the way, thank you.
I came to this place with some friends to celebrate a birthday, we arrived at 8.45pm. The orders were taken at 9.30pm (after 3 requests to bring us menus) and the pizzas arrived at 10.30pm. The gluten-free pizza was decent (although the cheese had a texture and flavor far from mozzarella), while the pizzas by the meter were paper thin and, paradoxically, both burnt and raw.
We came to eat a pizza in the renowned GUI and left not fully satisfied. Starting from the environment, there are areas in the room that are dark, in which you cannot see what you are eating. As for the service, we found people who were cheerful and polite but not very attentive: I am gluten intolerant and I was given an entree, without explaining what it was or specifying whether or not I could eat it (and if I had eaten it?). We also encountered some pressure regarding clearing the table.
The gluten-free pizza was good in terms of taste (more similar to focaccia perhaps), but practically absent tomato, which instead was included in the selected type. The other pizza however was very good.
The price, honest all things considered.
I don't know if I would go back.
We have ordered some pizza and a gluten free dish. The pizza was like supermarket quality and not that nice. The people from the restaurant next door already warned us for this. Therefore I recommend you look further than this place…
