Meh my experience was mid. When Arrived the sign said to seat yourself so my boyfriend and his grandparents and I chose a table near the patio door. A server passed by and pretty rudely asked if we talked to the host I was about to tell her about the sign but she quickly and loudly said we have to see a host and stormed outside. Then another gentleman came over right after and gave us menus and I told him what the sign said. The day who spoke to us first became our server and realized we were handed gluten free menus, which we are not. The rest of the service was a lot better I think they felt bad. Overall its very loud im there, not really a place to get to talk to family. And the food was okay nothing exciting
A favorite special occasion place to go. Great gluten free pizza. Wonderful atmosphere, we love the music, and the opportunity for our songs to be played. It's fun to watch all the different instruments, puppets, bubbles, etc.
The sourdough pizza crust isn't actually fermented sourdough so if you have a gluten sensitivity, this isn't the place for you. Thought it was odd that a place that has Sourdough in it's name didn't actually sell sourdough. Ordered a sourdough pizza anyways for my daughter and got a pizza that looked and tasted like school cafeteria pizza. We drove 30 minutes to try this place out and it was a complete disappointment and a waste of $20 for a large cheese pizza. Way over priced! Save your time and stomach and go to Sal's in Gilbert instead!
Very tasty gluten-free Alfredo pepperoni pizza but outer edge of crust was burnt to black all the way around and wasted. Takeout was ready right on time. Staff friendly.
We where close by and wanted some pizza. So the location and decided to order one to go. Ended up only ordering one and then after picking them up, we realized wasn't enough, they are personal pizzas. We start eating the pizza and loved it, so we went back for more. The have one specialty pizza, that you ad any topping. They have many options in topping. It was delicious, we where very happy. Oh they also have gluten free options.
If you need to eat gluten free Schlotzsky's has great options. They have gluten free bread for thier tasty sandwiches, they have surprisingly good gluten free pizza. I tried both and was not disappointed. Schlotzsky's is awesome 👍
I am so in love with this place! They have so many types of pizza from pan, NY style, Chicago style, stuffed crust, gluten free crust, and even keto versions of pizza (crustless). Super clean, staff are professional and kind. They take ebt which is convenient for many people and they even offer delivery through several delivery services!

My new favorite place!!! We stopped by a day for a quick bite to eat & have been back weekly since!! The food is delicious, the NA beer is my favorite!! (Lagunitas) & the staff is super friendly! Tyler is the absolute best! He’s super knowledgeable of the menu, ingredients, etc. He’s incredibly helpful with all of our dietary restrictions. The gluten free crust they have is hands down the best we’ve ever had!!
AMAZING PIZZA HERE, a perfect "10" !!!
This CHEF knows his craft! 💖💖💖
This is a unique Pizzaria with an intimate, ecclectic and wordly vibe. The sauce is perfectly balanced, the base to acidic ratio has been expertly learned! There are no additives, chemicals or fillers in this pizza. The pizza is cooked in a +800° oven and can be made in 90 SECONDS (no joke!)
Maybe a handful in the world have spent the time to study with the best, purchase the finest imported cheese and other ingredients from Italy, and are willing to give their dough 3 days to ferment! It helps your body digest or metabolize the gluten and avoid or acid reflux...
There were endless unique choices of sodas such as Strawberry Cream Dr. Pepper and Blood Orange slushies! Many I have never seen before...
While I was there, one man ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and another ordered a Special Order, BBQ Pork-Ends & Ricotta Cheese Pizza that left me drooling and "coveting thy neighbor"...
The Chef and Owner, Jason, of "Master Pizza & More," is PASSIONATE about making the very BEST pizza, with no shortcuts! His intention has been to create an intimate home away from home...
I felt like I was eating in a cool, casual friends living room. The decor included a huge leather couch, ecclectic paintings, European & Las Vegas destination tapestries, lighting and pieces using decorative, modern style & pirate skulls.
You can enjoy your friends or family, dress super casual, let your hair down, and be yourself at Master Pizza & More.
Thank you,
Tanya Barton

First, the staff doesn’t care if you have celiac and is rude if you tell them to be cautious of touching the GF pizza with same utensils . They think they’re not getting paid to do that. If you have a GF pizza option and ask if it’s an allergy or preference and if it’s an allergy then please have some courtesy and care about the customers health while handling the pizza right way. They touched my pizza with a regular flat handle that was used with regular pizzas and when told so they were angry. It happened 3-4 times. I’m not going to this place ever again who doesn’t care about their customers.
One of our go-to places for gluten free pizza. The crust is great. We do pick up typically and it's typically quick in and out, and smiling faces from employees. Nice atmosphere.
I love the concept of this business, take home and bake later. It's like meal prep comfort food. The business has a solid gluten free pizza that is tasty. My only suggestion is to watch your pizza during the bake, the instructions may cause it to burn. This location was tucked back just far enough away from the highway. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised on the coziness. The ambiance was perfect and the restaurant was clean. The employees welcomed me and were very knowledgeable about what to recommend. My experience was delightful and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this business.
I wanted to like this place so badly. The waitress was so rude from the moment we walked in. But I tried to brush it off and asked about the gluten-free bread if its cooked separately, then the bread that contains wheat. She said no, so then I tried to educate her, saying once gluten-free bread touches yeast, it is no longer gluten-free, and she proceeded to say the bread is gluten-free she is sorry that she can't control whats in the air. As I tried to explain to her its not about what's in the air its what touches the bread or cross contaminated. I litterly stood up and walked out. She was so rude and will never come back or suggest this place. I SUGGEST TO EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES WHAT GLUTEN-FREE OR NOT GLUTEN-FREE IS Especially if you offer gluten-free options. If you work in a restaurant you should know that gluten-free isnt something new.
This review is from our first visit to the Pizza Factory.
The restaurant is neat, clean and full of light. It's very clean, from the dining area to the restroom to the kitchen.
The staff was personable and welcoming as well as attentive to the customers and busy keeping things tidy.
We had the lunch buffet. The salad products were fresh and the pizzas were warm/hot. It was kept stocked and clean. The trivia game on the mounted wall TV was fun entertainment while we " grazed". The salad bar variety was sufficient and the pizza choices were diverse. However, I personally would like to see a thin crust choice as well as gluten free crust. That would make it stand alone in regards to pizza buffets locally, which there are not many. This is not an Old Country Buffet nor does it go on forever, it a small very good quality lunch buffet.
They have an App. And rewards program which I find a plus.
If you have not tried Pizza Factory yet, please do. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
We will be going back!

it's a gas station, but the pizza is amazing! I am gluten free and this gf pizza was great without cross contamination. A+++++
We ordered lunch today and all around it a horrible experience. The gentleman taking my order ( my receipt says Wade) was rude and seemed very irritated. We ordered a Gluten free pizza, XL pepperoni pizza, and 24 traditional wings. The Gluten free pizza crust was so hard you couldn’t chew it. The wings were soggy and nasty. Definitely not worth the $60 bucks as we just threw it away!
UPDATE: I was asked to send them a email after posting this review. I sent the email for them to respond with the same response as below. They didn’t offer to make it right or ANYTHING!!! Definitely won’t be ordering again. If I could give zero stars I would.
2nd UPDATE: I received this response today.
Hello Kelly, im sorry to here about you recent experience at our restaurant. I will be going over procedures with the crew to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I credited your account 50% off next order under the number 480******* you must call in to receive credit. Thanks Cody Barros pizza manager
It took some time but I feel it was handled!
The best pizza and wings I ever tasted! And we got delivery and the service was fast, our order was perfect and our food was hot!!! Absolutely the family loved it! The gluten free pizza was the best I ever had!
What a great hidden gem! We have had the pizza, and subs. Can't go wrong my husband is now hooked😄
They offer GF options I would not suggest for celiacs.
These are not your typical subs they are much better!!
Walked in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not busy thank God. Asked for a cheese hot-n-ready. They didn't have any but they had 2 pepperoni ready so I purchased both.
The young man that helped me was so friendly and polite I was in and out no problem.
I'm allergic to gluten so these pizzas were for my kids and it looked delicious. They did not complain one bit. And I didn't have to make lunch.
The gluten free pizza was the bomb! I got a 10” thin crust GF pizza with pepperoni and it was great. Never would have known it was GF. And, it seems they did well avoiding cross contamination as I did not feel sick at all. I actually ordered two of these pizzas because I didn’t know if a 10” would fill me up but it definitely did. Oh well, had a pizza for breakfast the next day. Can’t complain! Highly recommend for those who don’t eat gluten.
First time customer at Barro’s Pizza and it was definitely worth the trip. I love that they offer indoor and outdoor seating, as well as gluten-free options. This place was very well decorated and the staff were incredibly friendly. They have a kids menu, arcade games, alcoholic beverages and more. All of the food was delicious!
