I love Mellow Mushroom. I've been visiting for years. I love the chill vibe. My fav pizza is their barbeque which is amazing funkyqchicken ;). Now that I can't have gluten, their gluten free just is my favorite. It's not heavy, it doesn't distract me from enjoying any type of pizza I want! Side note...I love the staff here, they are always so amazing, thoughtful and it feels like I'm walking in to visit my friends to have a bite!

Wish Iād taken photos. My son and I stopped in and ended up both getting Strombolis. Iāve never had such a delicious Stromboli in my life. Just the right thickness of f crust and nice and crispy. Iāve heard it said that texture is the vehicle of flavor and that really payed off in this case for sure. The spices on top, the meat and cheese qualityā¦ Iām in love!
I had the gluten free pizza a while back with the nondairy cheese option just for the heck of it and it was actually very good as well. You can always tell, but still very good for those who avoid wheat and / or dairy.
