Bugs Lora has some of the best gluten free and dairy free pizza I’ve ever had. Their staff is friendly. My only complaint is that their take out service is not the same quality as their dining in. Often times, there are less toppings, toppings/cheese is not evenly spread out, and in several occasions our pizza wasn’t even cut! I hope they improve their take out!

I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality of their gluten free pizza! I recall having their GF pizza a little over 5 years ago & it is wayyyyy better quality now. The GF crust they have now is fluffy & not too bread-y, it’s thin but it has crust! As in, it’s thicker than the thin crust pizza they sell AND it puffs up at the edge *almost* like a regular circular pizza. & considering how many sauces & toppings u can choose from their menu, the somewhat steep cost of add on toppings feels worth it for the promise of interesting and flavorful gluten free pizza. Plus it’s a good-sized personal pizza compared to other pizza places, but the leftover pizza does get bread-y and crumbly quick—consider reheating as opposed to eating it cold.
I’m glad we gave their pizza another shot! I hope we can make it our regular place :)
Their pizza is amazing! My sister in law is allergic to gluten and she said they have the best gluten free pizza she’s ever had! Unfortunately she lives in West Michigan so my suggestion would be to try to branch out to Grand Rapids! Also having gluten free pizza as an option at more locations
Got a 4 square gluten free and the dough was completely raw! I’ve had the same thing at their other locations and have never encountered this before. Ew!!
Cannot say enough about the staff. Top notch and super friendly. Oh, and the gluten free pizza is awesome for my wife, she gets it regularly. I like their pizza calzone! Highly recommend.
Very understanding of my being new to the area, told me how to get there, and my order was hot and delicious, gluten free crust was crispy and perfect!
I typically order pizza for delivery and Tania's delivers in a timely fashion, the pizza is always excellent, and the drivers are always courteous and efficient.
The gluten-free crust is amazing! And everything on top of it is incredible too.
By far my most favorite pizza place, and that's saying a lot given that I live part-time in Seattle and part-time here.
Let's start this review out with a disclaimer:
If you love pizza and you love authentic flavor, you will become addicted to eating here. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and have been coming back in every time my car is in need of gas. This place yields big taste and hospitality. I wish I could describe the taste in this text box. It's fresh and gourmet in presentation. Even the gluten free taste better than all the chain pizza places in the area. It's a intimate experience and it doesn't disappoint. The workers there were very patient and helpful when I had questions, with a great smile attached throughout the way!
My husband and I dined here for his birthday back in March. We were both surprised at how small the two 4 oz blackened steaks were for $34. The $23 pan cooked chicken breast was a bit dry and served with the skin and fat still intact. It was an incredible inconvenience and gross mess. I mentioned this to the waitress was it supposed to be served like this? All she said was she didn’t know and do I want her to check for me? When she came back she said that is how they serve it. I shouldn’t have had to take the skin and fat off of chicken as a patron in this restaurant. It's completely unreasonable to expect a customer to prepare their own food in a restaurant. Having to remove skin and fat from chicken is something you'd normally do at home. The $15 gluten free pizza was good and very thin. We haven’t returned and don’t plan to.
