The best gluten free pizza I've ever had! I've been let down so many times by both local and chain pizza places. Most gluten free pizzas are too dense, taste like vegetables (when there aren't any in the pizza), and/or too thin which is usually burnt. Wow. Just wow!!! As someone with a serious gluten allergy and a love for pizza, it has truly been a sad life not getting to experience fresh pizza at an actual pizzeria. Other spots offer GF pizza and it's always a pre-made frozen crust. This IS REAL, FRESH DOUGH. And speaking of dough, the GF fried dough was PERFECT. I have not had fried dough in 20 years since being diagnosed with this allergy so this nearly made me cry! It was so good! There is only 1 table inside, super casual, and it isjust perfect. Excellent service. Great quality food. I drove 2 hours round trip for Purple Monster and it was so worth it. Can't wait for my next visit!!

Let me just say, if you need all the options for dietary needs, this is the spot. We used Cinellis to cater our grad party. We had guests begging to take food home with them it was so good. The gluten free chicken parm was to die for. Even non celiac guests ate it and loved it. They had plenty of vegan and gluten free options to choose from as well as all the other food we ordered. Carly was so helpful and informative in helping me decide how much food I needed to get. She was patient while I changed my mind multiple times, never once showing any signs of inconvenience. I used to have the most amazing experiences here, never had any issues. However I went here for Valentine’s Day and my pasta definitely tasted like regular pasta (if you know, you know). I asked the waitress to check with the cook and since we were sitting right by the kitchen, we saw the chef get mad because they had just closed the kitchen and he didn’t want to make a new meal and said to “just tell her it’s gluten free”. With a new celiac diagnosis in our house I was very nervous ordering the gluten free pizza and I believe called back three times with questions and requests. We were very excited to try DoughBoyz for the first time after seeing a lot of hype on social media and from reviews. We ordered takeout tonight and were extremely disappointed. I ordered a gluten free pizza, and was excited that any of their pizzas could be made gluten free. I’m used to paying an upcharge and expecting a slightly smaller pizza at nearly every establishment, but the GF pizza here was ridiculously small. I would consider it to be the size of an appetizer flatbread, served in a small take out box. To be charged an additional fee for a pizza roughly half the size of a non GF one is very frustrating - especially when pizza is served on a crust that tastes more like a Texas toast. I wish there would have been photos and description of the GF pizzas when ordering online, because we would have been ordering from another establishment.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and when I got home it was a regular pizza. I'm 25 minutes away so I called them they said they would refund me. Never got a refund contacted the support team and they never responded, 3 messages later still no response. I paid $20 to get horrible service by this store and by the entire company. When I walk in the store I don't expect you to finish your text message before speaking to me and the girls in the back gossiping over videos on your phone while throwing pizzas around not giving a care in the world. Horrible customer service.

Both the phone service and counter service here have been excellent every single time that I've placed an order for pick-up.
We have only ordered pizza so far, and I will say that the flavors and the dough/sauce/cheese/toppings ratios are spot on.
The ONLY negative thing that I could say is that the dough tends to be a lttle tough for me personally, which could be fixed as simply as mixing the dough for less time.
Having worked in pizzerias for years, I have learned that mixing dough over 11-12 minutes over-developes glutens in high gluten or 00 flour.
All things considered, this is my go to pizzeria every time I want a fast and very consistant pie. They have a great team!
