This patio is my happy place! I love the food and the atmosphere is incomparable. I took my son there to celebrate getting his braces off and we got the best seat in the house! He brought his chess set and we played while he enjoyed his deep fried pickles and his fancy virgin cocktail 🍹. They also have plenty of Gluten-free options (although I wouldn't recommend for Celiacs because of cross-contamination, but for gluten intolerance I've rarely had issues)
Christy really knows the menu and I am celiac so she really made sure I could eat safely. I was with my father and she was patient and kind making it a place I want to go back to.
Had the pub burger and fries. The burger meat was ok.. nothing special. The toppings where ok. Bacon was great. Very thin peice of cheese. Burger was a good size. Tried the gluten-free bun and it was like all gluten-free bread and buns... not good... bad after taste. But was cool they had the option for wheat allergies. You get a very small amount of fries. With tip it was 27$. It's becoming insane to eat out and they can't even fill thr plate with fries so that was upsetting. The little fries you do get where great but and I could be wrong I don't think they are cut fresh. Very crunchy tho. Atmosphere was great. Very nice looking place. and our server was awesome.
Personally speding almost 30$ for a mediocre burger and a hand full of fries is just not gonna work. I could eat at osmos twice for that and have enough for 4 meals. Or hust eat at home. Was cool they had a gluten free option but they charged me a doller extra for the bun. Not so bad because those gross buns are extreamly expensive.
Not going back. Mostly because I'm poor but just not worth it to me.
Fantastic fast friendly service. Extensive gluten free choices. Great food. Wonderful cocktails. Clean large indoor or outdoor dining area. Kettle chips were delicious. Gluten free 4 cheese pasta was superb.
Their coffee and lattes are delicious, and their chocolate beet cakes are a unique gluten-free, moist, satisfying treat. Love the warm modern atmosphere inside, and the convenience of the drive through where they always have a treat waiting for my dog!
Salute has many gluten free and dairy free options which I appreciate being celiac myself. I really enjoyed the unbeetable chocolate cake (reminds me of chocolate muffin/brownie) and the peanut butter protein ball. It’s nice to see more options for gluten free treats because Tim Hortons has next to nothing to pair with a coffee.
Not enough can be said about this restaurant. From the first time I went there, it has become my favourite restaurant in Sudbury.
The atmosphere is very nice, with wine racks throughout, positioning it as a finer establishment but, when you look around, guests are in suits and dresses, shorts and sandals or even high-viz gear, clearly visiting during or after work. In the summer, there is a good-sized patio for those who like to enjoy the outdoors, though I generally prefer to be inside.
There is an online and dial-in reservation system, which I recommend using, as they have a loyalty rewards program tied to the phone number used to make the reservation. Also, as one of the most popular restaurants in Sudbury, they fill up fast most days, so a reservation is always best.
Service is consistently prompt and friendly without rushing you. This has been especially noticeable during business lunches, as we can review the menu, enjoy a leisurely meal, pay, and be on our way within the hour. Recently, I've been there a couple of times on weekends and have been served by Chris, who is very professional but has a good sense of humour.
Now... the food. I've taken many people there - friends, family, clients - and everyone has thoroughly enjoyed their meal - not even one "meh". One recently said it was the best meat sauce she had ever tried, and I have to agree. (They even sell the sauce to go, I discovered.) All food is fresh, and they've mentioned that even many of their desserts are homemade... and several of them were gluten free, which was a treat for my daughter. My personal favourite is the Limoncello Tartufo, which is very light after a big meal.
The price is, well, maybe on the low end of what you would expect for fresh, quality food in a fine dining establishment. Entree's are generally $20-$30, of course more if you're getting something like steak or salmon.
All in all, it's a great place and worth the visit (repeatedly, in my case). I encourage visitors to include it in their plans for sure, and locals to try it too.
Buon appetito!
We have been here on multiple occasions when in the area for holidays and the kids love it. As do we. We love that they have gluten free options and vegan options and the coconut whipped cream is yummy!! Would highly recommend the milkshakes and the strawberry shortcake ice cream sundae. Open only for a few months in summer so head there in warm weather. You won't regret it.
Pizza itself is usually good, however the consistency it terribly off. No two pizzas are ever close ti them same compared to say, little Caesars where you can expect the same pizza every time.
Lots of toppings here and they support both vegan and gluten free options which makes this my family's go to place for pizza.
My biggest issue with Toppers is they will 9/10 times forget to put garlic butter crust on when ordered which is frustrating as even tonight I had to then around and get them to fix my problem. This isn't a new occurrence either, its been a problem for years and as to why ? I really couldn't say.
Great food. Great staff. Fantastic bellinis and other mixed drinks. Decent beer on tap. Really good about answering gluten free questions and offering solutions to modify menu items to accommodate gf. Sad that they discontinued their mushroom pasta dish though.
This was the first time that I had a gluten free pita, that didn't fall apart. Fresh tasting and definitely the best pita pit, pita,😋 that I've ever had. The employee was very friendly and professional.
Stopped in for lunch on the way through town one day. Don't let the name fool you, it's a full service restaurant with tables to eat too.
Food was excellent. We tried the fries Philly chicken sandwich and saltimbocca, which has steak and prosciutto cheese and tomato sauce.
Unfortunately the staff didn't know anything about gluten free so if you do go there with someone that needs gluten free food you need to ask specific questions about the items. They Do Not Have GF bread, pasta or pizza but There are obvious options on the menu and not just salad!

10 out of 10 most considerate servers explained I was celiac and they worked their magic to avoid cross contamination, gluten free people there are options!
Best Soups and sandwiches hands down, and the atmosphere is fantastic as well..... The gluten free options are also a big bonus, along with the great protein shakes that are made fresh daily.
