Can't recommend it. I ordered a Caesar chicken salad WITHOUT tomatoes, the waitress even repeated it, and the salad came WITH tomatoes. Then they asked if they should make a new one? Never heard of intolerances? Also, no gluten-free bun for the burger, even though they advertise it. Then you get the burger between two lettuce leaves. A complete waste of time and money.

Incredible experience and everything was perfection. We went for the business lunch option and had difficulty deciding as the choice was extensive. The flavors were unbelievable. We also have to commend the staff. Rose and Kevin were exceptional. Very friendly and lovely to chat to. Kevin was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and was happy to talk us through all the dishes. Absolutely delighted regarding the gluten free options as my husband has Coeliac disease! Such an amazing find.

I ordered desserts from Soul Sante for a friends birthday. Soul Sante spoiled me with various choices in gluten free and dairy free desserts. I ended up selecting 3 desserts which matched our dietary restrictions and all of them were yummy. We went to this restaurant since they have gluten-free options and I was accompanied by a celiac. We really liked the place and the food pleasantly surprised us. It was all delicious. Special mention to the waiter Shankar who served us as he was very attentive to the intolerance and our needs. Fast and efficient service. We will return.

I think this is something very serious to consider when you think in a luxury restaurant in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Vegans be aware, always ask the chef not the staff. A few days ago i went to shiekh zayed branch to get some vegan desserts. I picked a few items that had the “vegan” label on. Then the lady pointed at a gluten free item and told me its also vegan. I asked her over 4 times if she is sure, she confirmed with “yes its vegan”. I later tried it and discovered it contained milk. It was confirmed to me when i went to another branch and the staff said it contains dairy. Now imagine im allergic to dairy, i could have been in the hospital. Im not sure why that lady did that. Is it ignorance? Lack of training by management?carelessness to my dietary standards /restrictions? I just know that what happened is very disrespectful. I enjoy going to this cafe. The one star is a reflection of the incident with that lady.

I used to love this place when I still lived in UAE two years ago. This is my first time to dine at their restaurant in two years and honestly, the taste has changed. It's not bad but it's not as good anymore. I do appreciate that they took the time to make sure that our orders were gluten-free and vegan. However, they did fail to tell me that they removed the sauce from the Pad Thai and oversalted it in the process. I'm happy they responded quickly to the mistake but it did leave me not as satisfied. Would I go back? I'd still go back for the vegan ramen but not anytime soon.

Great steak place on the Walk JBR. If you are after a good steak then this place is highly recommended with the Wagyu beef (MB5) being the best steak on the menu. It was cooked to perfection with the right level of salt and pepper. Plenty of side options including many gluten free options. They also sell many steak condiments and accessories (see photos). The service is also very attentive and I suggest you get there early as they are usually very busy.

My wife has gluten allergy (Celiac Disease, Coeliac Disease), the whole staff were very accommodating and even made some special dishes for her. Jay listened to every little request we had and made sure to tell us the available options. The chef clearly was very knowledgeable and knew what ingredients were safe to use. All the staff went above and beyond to help us in our short stay. It was very evident that they truly care if you have any allergy. I would especially like to thank the chef and Jay for going out of their way and truly trying to make whatever dish we requested within the special requirements we had. I’d also like to thank Gusti and Aktan for their excellent service. We tried some gluten-free pizza and it was very delicious, the atmosphere was nice and relaxing & the juices were delicious.
