My wife has gluten allergy (Celiac Disease, Coeliac Disease), the whole staff were very accommodating and even made some special dishes for her. Jay listened to every little request we had and made sure to tell us the available options. The chef clearly was very knowledgeable and knew what ingredients were safe to use. All the staff went above and beyond to help us in our short stay. It was very evident that they truly care if you have any allergy. I would especially like to thank the chef and Jay for going out of their way and truly trying to make whatever dish we requested within the special requirements we had. I’d also like to thank Gusti and Aktan for their excellent service. We tried some gluten-free pizza and it was very delicious, the atmosphere was nice and relaxing & the juices were delicious.
