Quaint and welcoming spot with a cozy vibe, known for its quality options and friendly atmosphere, perfect for a delightful visit.
Lovely staff, and the best gluten free breakfast I've had, was a great portion and they actually gave substitutes for things I couldn't have without asking and hash browns!!!! They cooked it separately as well due to me being coeliac, Amazing thank you!

Jess and the team made us feel very welcome. We requested some gluten free meal options and they were able to accommodate with an excellent Sunday roast. We stayed in room 5 which was very comfortable. Despite some dodgy weather we had a great stay for 2 nights. The room included breakfast which was excellent, and we had our evening meals in The George too (also very good). We’d highly recommended this pub for its food, accommodation and general welcome.

We picked The George for a family meal based on its wide range of gluten-free options. We weren't disappointed! The food was delicious 😋 and our waitress Phoebe was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend The George! Thank you.
