Love to make my own pie, my way. Wife likes it here because she can get the gluten free crust and have her pie made according to her dietary limitations.
The gluten-free pizza crust is great, would like to see them take some extra precautions while cooking like dedicate one spot in the pizza oven for gluten-free pizzas only or something like that to avoid cross contamination as much as possible
This place is my and my wife's favorite place in Prescott to get sushi. We always get sat no matter how seemingly busy the place is, and our waiters/waitresses are always very kind and attentive. They also never get our orders wrong and are accommodating of my wife's gluten intolerance (some of the rolls have that panko bread crumb on them, so we have to ask for the rolls not to have that.)
And when you order enough rolls they always come on these really cool display plates/boat. I highly recommend this place!
Sally B’s exemplifies the saying “don’t judge a book by its cover.” This diner’s major sign on the strip mall’s header only says, “Restaurant.” You won’t know it’s Sally B’s until you drive close enough to see the door. The restaurant is in the same shopping center as Safeway and the Family Dollar/Dollar Tree. Despite unassuming exteriors, expect friendly staff and great tasting comfort food.
I discovered something interesting I liked: The restaurant decorates its tabletops with old Sears catalog pages dotted with local ads. Despite its unpretentious nature, the furniture looks well-maintained. The restaurant is proud of its 5-year Golden Plate Award from Yavapai County Community Health Services. They should be proud because this designation is not trivial! We found this local gem while searching for the best local restaurants in the area. It is rated as one of the top one or two restaurants in the area.
My wife and I visited Sally B’s twice as of this writing, and we are new residents in the area. Our server, Ray Pope, served us both times. He is a warm, kind, and friendly server, that guaranteed our return to the business. On our first visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy, one of the husband and wife owners, and also a delight to meet.
While this place may cater to locals, visitors to the area wouldn’t want to miss a tasty, hearty meal at Sally B’s. The menu is huge. So, there is something for everyone.
I tried the Friday Fish Fry on my first visit. The cod fish used a heavy thick batter, which was heavy for my liking, but the shrimp was excellent. They offered three sides besides the fish! The offering was so large; I wound up taking the fries and some of the onion rings home for a late-night snack. On our first visit, my wife ordered their Southwest Brisket Skillet, claiming it was almost as moist as the brisket I make. Which is quite a compliment. For breakfast this morning, I tried their Chorizo Omelet. The omelet came with hash browns and sourdough toast. Despite its size and deliciousness, I managed to finish the meal. I WILL order this again. The chorizo had a nice kick to it. If anyone leaves Sally B’s hungry, it’s their own fault.
Sally offers gluten-free bread, one which they will make any sandwich. This is a big plus for my wife who must each gluten-free.
Parking is plentiful as the restaurant is in the same shopping center as Safeway. Wheelchair accessibility is easy as there’s adequate space between tables.

A bit of a wait, but worth waiting for. I am gluten free, and my food was delicious. My husband had an equally delicious meal also and said he would order it again. Can’t wait to go back. Very friendly atmosphere. Thank you all.
Two things kept me from going here for a long time that turned out to be untrue:
1. I didn't think they had many gluten free options. They have gf bread and buns, so it was an easy substitute and opened up many more options for me.
2. The long lines made me think it would be a long wait. They are actually very quick to seat people and get orders in, we didn't wait more than 10-15 min on a busy Saturday.
Service was great, cute vibe in the restaurant and food was delicious and affordable. Can't wait to go back.
Great food!
We were really impressed with the food. My husband and I both got burgers and they were cooked perfectly.
Their prices are also very reasonable.
I especially liked that they had clearly marked dietary guides on the menu.
I was able to order my burger with a gluten free bun and tater tots.
It's also a very kid friendly establishment, lots of toys for kids to play with.
Beers and seltzers available for the adults.
Can't wait to go back.
Gluten free chocolate shake!
We have the free Jr frosty key fobs and are able to order a large chili with onions and cheese for our son with celiac disease.
It's also a great option (chili) for those that are health conscious.
Came again and the gentleman and girl at the window were absolutely amazing tonight. Made a mundane task fun!
This is one of the best restaurants in the area hands down. Ariel and her staff are always on point. The food is delicious, fresh, good quality, local, organic when possible, heirloom tomatoes, gluten free options. The Chamomile Lavender mint tea is delicious. The view is amazing! They provide heaters and blankets for the guest.
Dinner salad and the Italian beef was really really good would be nice to have Habaneros to put on Italian beef gluten free beer was good very nice to have a bigger selection
Would highly recommend Papis kitchen, their food is great and their service is outstanding. I have a young daughter with celiac and he took the time to clean the grill and cook the order separately when he found out about the gluten allergy we didn’t even have to ask. Will definitely visit again!!!
