The service was great, but I ordered a gluten free, vegan cheese burger and told them my allergy was severe. Within 10 minutes of finishing my meal I was extremely sick. I have been sick the rest of the day and we were in town for a concert. It ruined the next 6 hours of our day/night.

I’ve been to many teas from High tea at the Banff Springs hotel in Alberta, Canada to Hotel Del Coronado, San Diego to Lancaster County Lititz, Pennsylvania and in between. Here’s what I loved about this location. You have so many choices you can practically pick and choose combinations that suit your dietary needs (gluten free) to your own appetite. You can do add ons to your meal, like soup or salad , you can choose your personal dessert (we had six choices!) and each person gets their own menu selection unlike so many “set “ menu’s elsewhere. The list of teas was more than plenty from Black tea to Green teas to caffeine free. The sandwiches were full of ingredients and flavorful. Our service was excellent and provided good choice recommendations (our first visit) which were thoroughly explained. The atmosphere was perfect, they have several different tea rooms and a cute shop. We didn’t feel rushed at all. And we thought the prices for all we got was quite reasonable. Highly recommend and will be back.

I ordered a gluten free small pizza with regular sauce, to be gluten free was better than I was expecting but instead of putting regular sauce they put white sauce. I placed order over the phone and told me pizza was going to be ready from 15-20 minutes, when I got to the place to pick up my pizza was ready, people were friendly. Is a good place to fill up your tummy.

Excellent selection of wine including sparkling wines. Tried the flight of bubbles and found all three selections to be delicious! A limited menu for food but everything I've tried on it has been delicious. There meet and cheese plates are all very good. More recently I had the chicken and herbed mustard. A chicken breast sauteed seasoned with a really delicious creamy tarragon mustard. Served with a fennel in arugula salad on the side. Their menu is marked to let you know which dishes are gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free.

What a pleasant surprise. We walked in because the Mexican next door had a 45min.wait to discover a real gem of Mediterranean affordable menu. The service was friendly and accommodated my husband who is on a gluten free diet by offering to replace some sides. Going back soon!
This restaurant's beautiful setting and charming appearance create an inviting atmosphere for diners seeking gluten-free options. However, despite the attractive ambiance, attention to gluten-free meal preparation is crucial, as cross-contamination risks can impact safety. The experience highlights the importance of a setting that supports both visual appeal and careful gluten-free dining practices.

I wanted to love this restaurant and was looking forward to eating here. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the location is great, which is why it's such a shame that the food is terrible. It's like they know they have those two components down so there's no effort with the food. I'll never eat here again.
We ordered our food and waited almost an hour for the meal to arrive. Meat was ordered medium and arrived rare, ribs were dry and hard to cut through (despite being told they'd fall off the bone), was explicit with the wait staff that our burger needed to be gluten free so we ordered it without fries and bun, waitress marked it gluten allergy. Burger arrived with fries, which are not gluten free, on the plate. So if you have celiac disease, don't eat here.
We were a large party so I can slightly understand the longer wait for our food, but based on what came out I'm really at a loss. To add insult to injury right before the meal arrived the wait staff came and removed a bunch of our silverware that we had not used, and it looked to me like they put it back in bins to use on other tables. Kinda gross that cutlery that had been sitting at our table with us (mind you there were kids at the table too) would be reused?
This could be a great restaurant if any care was put on the food. It's extremely overpriced as it is.
