Great restaurant. Gluten free buns. Great fries. And the Cali Ketchup “home made ranch” to die for. Our waiter Daniel and food servers were great. We are traveling, so sad we can’t be back soon.
We decided to go try their sushi. It was disappointing at best. The sauce wasn't flavorful on any of the rolls we got, the rice was not typical short grain rice used for sushi, the fish was very fishy, and their soy sauce was gross. It tasted really watered down. When we asked about it she said they make it there so it's gluten free. Great. But don't call it Kikkoman. The low sodium was better and straight from the store.
The kids enjoyed their Mongolian noodles. When they weren't fighting over the one crayon I found floating around in my purse. Who gives kids a coloring book but has no crayons.
It was very cold in the dining room. After a cold couple of days, I'd think they would have turned the heat up to a comfortable temperature.
Needless to say, all this coupled with the very expensive price tag means we won't be visiting this place again.
I can feed 3 teens and one adult for under $25 quick is pretty great considering I have one vegetarian and two gluten free this is a win win for eating out.

Very inviting atmosphere. Really fast service. They have a great cherry cider on tap. We ordered the California chicken burger.
The chicken was very done. We also ordered the Mac and cheese, which seemed to taste like horse Radish was in it, and also the chicken alfredo, which was very dry. They have very large portions. Their fries are really yummy. I asked for a gluten-free bun, which they charged me two dollars extra for. For the chicken burger and cider, it was $30 without tip.
I have a gluten allergy and had a very bad experience here. They included ingredients in a salad that would have been very easy to leave off. It was like they just couldn't care less. I gave them the option to not serve me if they couldn't insure my dish had no gluten. I have no problem with this restaurant otherwise. They just aren't a great option if you have these problems.
The service was amazing, we had a very thoughtful server (I believe her name is Monica, petite blond gal) who, after knowing I needed to avoid any gluten made thoughtful suggestions and took action on items she knew had an undisclosed/unknown addition of wheat flour to substitute with more accommodating items! The food (steak tacos) was delicious, the Bloody Mary's perfect and the friendly environment very enjoyable.
Mosaic has a great ambience and fantastic servers. I gave a 4 star for the food because I would prefer more gluten free options and some organic options would be a bonus. But overall Mosaic will not disappoint.
Beyond delicious. Many gluten free options. Helpful staff.
I enjoy the yellow curry with chicken and brown rice with a fresh / spring roll. My friend had the Satay chicken and it too was delicious. Their peanut sauce is out of this world!
Menu as of 4/28/22
This place was great. They made a mistake but quickly fixed it. They also made us feel like it was a safe place for us to eat. A member of my family had celiacs and they were very accommodating and ensured we had a good dining experience.
I was so excited they had a separate gluten free menu, way easier than guessing off the regular one. The edamame was fantastic the sauce they use with it is good on everything! We had the tots and tacos also and my husband dipped them in the edamame sauce he loved it so much. The tacos and tots were also amazing with their own dipping sauces so don't let the above fool you. The spiked Thai tea drink is dangerous and amazing if you like Thai tea. Downtown parking sucks so just beware you may have to walk.
The perfect breakfast stop for our road trip!!
My father and I are traveling up to Washington and were looking for a little mom and pop spot for a hearty breakfast, and this place really delivered!
We got the eggs with bacon, and eggs with sausage links, and both were large portions, more than we could finish. The eggs were cooked perfectly, biscuits were large and buttery, and the bacon was thick cut and perfectly cooked.
They even have gluten free options (white bread, cornbread, and pancake) every day, but I didn't ask until after our meal was over, so I didn't try any of it.
All of the servers were very attentive, whether it was their own section to serve or not, the food came out quick, got, and just to order.
All in all, definitely a great place to stop, and worth a repeat meal!

I went there for the first time for my birthday dinner. Mariah was our waitress, she was amazing. She went through all of the gluten free options and substituted the crustini with their cauliflower pizza crust so i could have the baked brie cheese board. The no flour chocolate cake and ice cream were delicious.
Loved the food! It was delicious and ill for sure be back. Got the combo plate and my wife got the gyro plate. The staff was friendly and answered my wife's questions about gluten free options no problem. The restruant was simple and everything was clean. Thanks guys see ya next time!
