Okay, so we went to the Old Spaghetti Factory the other night, and I just have to say, our server Ashley was amazing! Seriously, she made the whole experience. She was so friendly and attentive, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. My friend has a gluten allergy, and Ashley was so great about it. She knew exactly what she could and couldn't have and made sure her meal was totally safe. It was such a relief, and it meant my friend could actually relax and enjoy her food.
Ashley was also just super personable and fun to talk to. She seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a good time. Honestly, she's one of, if not THE best server I've ever had. If you go to the Old Spaghetti Factory, definitely ask for Ashley! She's the s***

I almost never eat out anymore because of gluten intolerance. Nearly the entire menu was gluten free, they use dedicated gluten free fryers, and the servers seemed to understand and care! My husband and I moved here a year ago and immediately started our hunt for a go-to Indian Restaurant. We tried 6 other places from Boulder to Thornton and this is it! Their food is excellent - authentic and made to order. We haven’t found anything on their menu we don’t care for! They also offer gluten free items which is so important as I have celiac disease. Additionally, they can do dairy free and vegan which are both delicious. Their staff are pleasant as well! I HIGHLY recommend a visit!
