Melanie was our server and was awesome. She was very attentive and very accommodating for my mom who has celiac disease. My mom always gets nervous ordering at places but Melanie made it a point to make sure she was as comfortable as possible and had nothing to worry about. Definitely recommend if you’re gluten intolerant or celiac!
Excellent spot so close to Bryant Park, we went because my mom is both gluten and dairy free and it was so nice being able to pick anything on the menu. We got the veggie bolognese pasta and the curry rice dish. The veggie balls were also phenomenal! Everything was fantastic. The only negative was their iced black tea tasted like really bad city water. The iced tea/lemonade mix was... better. Overall, definitely go for the food and get a glass of wine with it 😉
Very friendly service but the great thing is the gluten free pizza!!! I was worried about cross contamination, however they were careful and everything went well. The flavor and texture of the pizza was wonderful!!! The best gluten free I have ever eaten.
This is the best Pain Quotidien for quiet (near the Cornell Club and not far from Saks)! The servers are wonderful, service almost immediate, and it is much less crowded and hectic than the others; and, as always, Pain has the BEST gluten free bread in the world!!! Hands down.
We read all of the reviews and viewed the menu online, we were so excited about the gluten free pancakes but nothing was available. If you are specifically looking for gluten free items I would skip here and go to the restaurant around the corner.
I'd never experienced Korean BBQ but my husband thought I'd like it, so we made reservations for our first anniversary while we were in NYC. It was excellent through and through, and the staff was very helpful in regards to my dietary restrictions! I'm allergic to gluten, dairy, and chicken, and everything on the menu was clearly marked. When they brought the sides and toppings, they went over which ones were safe for me and which ones were just for my husband. Everything was phenomenal. I had zero reactions, and if we'd had a microwave in our hotel room you bet we'd have taken a bunch of leftovers back with us!! We ordered way too much food but we wanted to try different things, and to our server's credit, he did tell us we had likely chosen plenty of food. 🤣
Massive portions and tasty food, it also caters for gluten-free diet. The burger didn't leave a greasy feeling in my mouth which is always a good sign.
Haven't seen the place itself but the salmon wrap sandwich (with gluten-free wrap) was totally delicious! The French fries were good, too -- though a bit too salty.
Absolutely delicious pizza -- some of the best I've ever tried. Bravo has a no-frills atmosphere, fast service, and limited seating in the back. The pizza is kosher with gluten free options available. I would recommend the spinach mushroom slice.
We love this place. The atmosphere is lively and fun, the servers are friendly and the food is always great. We end up getting more tacos than agreed every time! I'm gluten free and have several options. Equites and fish tacos are our favorite. Try them out!
Atmosphere is upscale NYC chic but unpretentious. Excellent service and amazing food. Server Nancy is the best there is. Very friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs (i.e. celiac, gluten-free). The garden salad was next level for a garden salad. Lamb chops were amazing (and gluten free with mashed potatoes). Bistro Burger (not gluten-free though) is also recommended. Desert wise, gluten free ice cream was available in several flavours (trust me ... go with Italian Espresso). For non-celiacs like my wife, the warm beignets will send you to dessert heaven.
Ordered the ham and cheese baguette with the gluten free alternative. Wasn’t expecting a baguette but the sandwich was horrible and sloppily put together, especially for $17. Really disappointed.
My experience here was fantastic! I am gluten free and dairy free and ordered the saffron chicken. It may have been the best chicken I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. Our server was also super kind, attentive and energetic. I will be back!!
An excellent place to buy natural foods, they have a few places to eat, the service is excellent, and they have many gluten-free options. A highly recommended place.
I came here for a birthday with a large party and would 100% do it again. If you have friends with allergies this is a great option! The staff took my friend’s nut and gluten allergies so seriously and she had plenty to eat safely. We had a party of 12 and booked a few days in advance and the restaurant was very communicative over email to make sure the actual dinner went well. We preordered the majority of our dinner and it made the experience so smooth. The service last night was excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you for a lovely birthday!

Roma Pizza did not disappoint for NYC pizza. I was able to have a gluten free Grandma-style pizza with fresh garlic, fresh Roma tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Yum!!! My husband had two NY style slices and we had a perfect fresh Greek salad with an excellent oil and vinegar salad dressing. The place was hoppin' the whole time! Tables were few but clean, staff was NY friendly and efficient and the restroom was very clean. We highly recommend Roma Pizza on 6th Ave!
Food was run of the mill but well priced for times Square. Coffee tasted like poo but can't expect them to do better. Moscow mule was served in a regular glass like you get at the diner for orange juice. Worst part was the manager or owner scolding the bartender girl in front of customers, could have done that quietly or in the back or not at all, wasn't nice words. Otherwise a regular bar with pub food at an ok price. Wouldn't go again but it's not bad, bathroom was cool.
Also no gluten free breads but wasn't expecting it.
