Me and my girlfriend went for Sunday brunch recently based on a recommendation from a friend. I have to say this place is really awesome all around. It was a wonderful experience for me and my girlfriend and the food was delicious. We had tea and both the gluten-free/vegan scone and the regular scone, both were delicious! We even thought the vegan scone was slightly better, but they were both amazing!

Positives: drinks were good, and most of the food was good
Negative: the service was incredibly slow
There were definitely staffing issues. We ordered the pre-fixed menu and waited for an hour and a half for our entrees to arrive. Our drinks also took a long time to arrive.
At the end, our waiter was apologetic that it took too long, but at one point also asked if our food had arrived. Clearly we weren't eating so...
We came to this restaurant because they offered gluten free options and we have a Celiac member of our family. When we sat down, we mentioned to the waiter that we had a Celiac diner and he asked what that meant! Not off to a great start. From there the service was downhill as it took a very long time for the food to arrive.
We recognized that there seemed to be a shortage of staff. We asked to speak with the manager to explain our frustration. We were not looking for a discount but rather a chance to offer our feedback. She was apologetic and acknowledged that they had a shortage in staffing. She offered us a 10% discount which was nice.
The food was good, but not good enough to overcome the poor service. We will not be back unfortunately.

I love this place and am here often. I have a book group once a month and come with friends and family. They even have gluten free now! Staff is accommodating even to my group. Food excellent- I like the grandmas pizza, eggplant rollatini and shrimp gambarhetti. Tuesdays 1/2 price bottles of wine night. Always a good time.
