Went for a family dinner this past Saturday. Service was great. We made reservations and we were sat immediately even tho it was packed. Our waitress was awesome. I have Celiac disease and felt totally comfortable and safe eating there and having to be gluten free. I want to give 5 stars instead of 4 but I just canât because of the food. It really just wasnât very good. I got a vegetable and rice dish with chicken that was lacking flavor majorly. Our appetizer was the âspicyâ pimento dip that was hard and not spicy. It just didnât fair well. My mom got shrimp pasta and said it was underwhelming. Daughter got chicken fingers and said the same thing . Iâm going to go back and try again, maybe itâll be better next time. I really want to like it since the rest of the experience was so good.

The food was stellar from start to finish. The chicken potato carrot soup was simple and refreshing like homemade from Baba. (I'm Macedonian not Italian lol.) Appetizer of fresh mozzarella and tomatoes covered in balsamic was fresh and a good portion for two. Gluten sensitive options that aren't a joke like some other places! She had the gluten free penne with Alfredo. I had the halibut with red sauce and kalamata olives. It was to die for. And a huge portion! We had the pistachio ricotta cake and the chocolate mousse for desert with espresso which was a lovely end to a perfect date night.

How the mighty have fallen. They ruined our Motherâs Day dinner by serving a clearly medium rare burger when my wife wanted a medium. We sent it back but not before the waiter comes back with the food and tell us âthis is our medium hereââŠthe middle was cool in the! We thought it would be 5-10 minutes max for the new burger . 30 minutes later and with everyone else done with their dinner the burger still isnât out! They offer to comp the meal and give us a free gluten free dessert⊠however when the food still isnât out I talk to the owner and tell her the situation. She goes back and then a manager comes over saying they are still working on it and gives me the bill. I tell the manager Iâm not paying for anything as this literally ruined our dinner. She goes away, comes back with the food bagged up and says âHere is your food, you can go nowâ. Both the waiter and the manager were rude during this entire encounter. THEN to top it off, on the way home we get a text from them saying the desserts they sent home were NOT gluten freeâŠand my wife is celiac and the one that all this happened it!! And the last straw was when we got home, check out the burgerâŠthe damn thing was still medium rare!!! Check the picture for the 2nd burger and you tell me. After all this they didnât even fix it. Long story short, they could have made it ok but the long remake, the attitude all around and the continuing mistakes show me this place has lost their touch.

This location has unfortunately glutened me twice within the past year, first with including breaded jalapeno coins in my burger, and then with giving me a normal gluten bun instead of a gluten free bun.

You will pay between $10-$15 for a sandwich. All foods served are free from dyes, artificial trans fats and flavours, processed MSG's, and high fructose corn syrup, according to the menu. I had the Ruben, and it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. I also had a salad, which was great. I highly recommend Jason's Deli if you're in the area. The food and service were amazing, with many gluten-free and vegetarian options for those with dietary needs. The serving sizes are on the smaller side, which we preferred because we were able to finish our meals without being too full. The many of the vegetables that come with the main courses are shredded, which disappointed my mom. My mom slso ordered one of the house wines, which she said was not the best. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing and managers take the time to make sure everyone is enjoying the food, but we did wait around 40 minutes for our food.
The atmosphere is VERY noisy and can quickly overstimulate people with sensory sensitivity, like myself. My parents typically do not get overstimulated and they even said it was too noisy.
It was super easy to make reservations using Open Table!

We went to Hudson 29 on Valentineâs Day, understandably one of the busiest days of the year. When we asked about mocktails, I was offered a lemonade, which seemed odd as they have a full bar. We watched couple after couple receive their food, but our waiter said he was getting our app and never came back with it. We spoke with what appeared to be a GM or manager, and they finally brought it. It took an hour to get our food. We liked our meals and was comparable to other CM restaurants. We love Cameron Mitchell (CM) restaurants, but this experience didnât meet the standard of the others of them. As always, gluten free and allergies are accommodated well as at other CM restaurants.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and the experience was very good. I was lucky that the waitress spoke Spanish. If you don't eat gluten it's a good place to come because the sauces are gluten-free and they have gluten-free bread. I hadn't had a sandwich in a restaurant for years. The food was exquisite. I tried the Big Pig Sandwich and the fries. When I return to Cleveland I definitely have to go back.

I eat gluten free cuz it causes bad headaches and my body hurts like I have the flu & it causes belly issues for my daughter. I was in Columbus to meet a friend and googled gluten free bakery and this placed popped up. The staff member was very nice and helpful, explaining what was gluten free and preparation. I ordered 1/2 dozen donuts with various toppings. I got to my daughter's to share and on 1st bite our eyes grew wide and we both said "they aren't dense! They are light & airy!" They were sooo delicious!!! They are pricey (but what gluten free items isn't??!!!) but worth it to be eating a gf donut that tastes like a regular one. I highly recommend. I would not recommend for celiac because they do make "regular" flour donuts. We will be back!!!
